If you don’t have a coordinator… who’s actually running your wedding morning? 👀🧚🏼‍♀️ (and the rest of the day!)

✨ Setting up your ceremony
✨ Putting out your welcome signs, table plan & personal touches
✨ Lighting candles & styling tables
✨ Organising buttonholes, bouquets & confetti
✨ Welcoming suppliers & answering their questions
✨ Moving décor, cards, gifts & leftover alcohol safely
✨ Checking music & sound systems
✨ Handling wet weather plans & last-minute hiccups
✨ Being everyone’s go-to so you don’t have to be

Your suppliers already have jobs to do. I’m there to coordinate the whole day so you, your family, and your bridal party can actually enjoy it 🤍

BTS captured from @haileyconnellyy & @jordconnelly’s magical day, I love my job 🥹

For those who are new here, welcome! And thanks so much for the follow. You’re in for a bit of a wild ride around here ✨

So let me give you the real lowdown on what it’s like working with me:

• I’m that planner who won’t shut up about On the Day Coordination. And yes, it’s for a reason. I care about weddings running smoothly, calmly, and without chaos. The details matter, and making sure everything flows perfectly is kind of my thing.

• I’m always honest. No fluff, no sugar-coating. From your first enquiry right through to the big day, I’ll give you real advice and real opinions. My couples trust me because I’m straight with them - and that trust means everything.

• I’ll never take advantage of a new booking. This is a partnership. You tell me what works for you, I’ll tell you what works for me, and we figure it out together as a team.

• I’m passionate about growing my business, but I’m not about the solo hustle. I love connecting with, supporting, and collaborating with other suppliers. There’s room for all of us, and I’ll always hype up the people who show up and support too.

• On the day? I’m basically the wedding fairy behind the scenes. You probably won’t notice me much - but I’ll be everywhere. Making things happen, fixing problems before you even know they exist, and keeping everything running like magic. You just enjoy your day.

• And lastly - good vibes only. I live for the moments that make you laugh, cry, and say “this was the best day ever.”

If that sounds like your kind of energy… we’ll get along just fine 🤍 there’s a super easy enquiry form in my bio - or just send me a dm!

I’ve recently moved to Petworth and feel so lucky to have such gorgeous surroundings right on my doorstep 🤍

@roebuckestates is one of those places that’s tucked away but absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful event space, and now with their new shop open too, there’s even more reason to pop by.

Their new shop is now open on the below days/hours 👇🏼

And for my couples… consider this your excuse to go for a tasting! FYI 🥂🍇

Sunday: 10am - 4pm
