HOLE-IN-ONE ALERT!!!! What an unforgettable day at Mountain Shadows! ♥️ Mr. Golf just made his FIRST hole-in-one on Hole #13 (113 yards)! 🎯⛳️ The shot was perfect! With his trusty Mizuno T22 gap wedge in hand, the ball flew straight into the air, landed just past the hole, and with a beautiful spin, it rolled backwards right into the hole! ⛳🏅 And guess what? This place isn’t just about incredible golf—Mountain Shadows is where Everardo and Nicole had their very first date! 💕✨ From a perfect shot to a perfect memory, this course is now full of the best moments! 🏅🕺💃 With Mizuno T22 and Taylormade TP5 making magic, this hole was destined to be a game-changer! This one is for the men. We've all made decisions we'd take back. I've made plenty. But what bothers me about the Callaway x Good Good ad isn't just that someone had a bad idea. It's how many opportunities there were to stop it. Concept. Production. Edit. Review. Corporate approval. This wasn't some kid posting something dumb at midnight. These are major businesses operating at the highest levels of golf. I don't believe anyone set out to make an ad about violence against women. I believe something more important happened: **enough people saw it and nobody stopped it.** That's where we come in. STFU when your instinct is to explain why women shouldn't be offended. Listen when women tell us something makes them feel unsafe or unwelcome. Speak up, especially when there aren't women in the room. And do something. Hold your friends accountable. Speak with your wallet. Make your standards have consequences. I want this to be completely normal among men: **You put your hands on a woman, you don't play golf with us anymore.** Women shouldn't have to do all the work of making golf safer and more welcoming for women. Nobody in that room raised their hand?? A man sprints across a golf course, shoves a woman to the ground, stands over her and says "Do not touch my new driver." Good Good logo. Callaway logo. Caption: "You have been warned." That clip was pitched, written, performed, recorded, edited, reviewed and published. Every one of those steps was a chance for someone to say "we are not doing this." Nobody did. That is not a mistake. That is a culture. Before anyone tells me she was in on it: that is not the defense you think it is. Consent on set does not change what millions of people saw, which is a man knocking a woman down and being rewarded for it with a punchline and a logo. To the men saying lighten up, you have a mother. Maybe a wife, a girlfriend, a sister, a daughter. Put her face on that woman and tell me it still plays. My wife plays Callaway. She paid Callaway money for those clubs. What is she supposed to do with this? And Callaway being "disappointed by the content that was posted" does not fly. This was not a stranger who grabbed your logo off the internet. Callaway makes that driver, Callaway's name is on it, and Callaway takes the revenue on every unit sold. Nobody licenses their trademark into a partnership that size without approval rights in the paperwork. So either nobody used them or nobody looked. Pick one. Both belong to Callaway. I have never supported Good Good and I will not start now. My Callaway gear is going up for sale. Good Good is title sponsoring a PGA Tour event this fall. Callaway puts its name on women's golf. Both carry an asterisk until somebody explains who approved this and what changes. And here is what makes it more than tone deaf. Women and girls accounted for 52 percent of golf's net participation growth from 2020 to 2025, and there are now more than 8.1 million female on-course golfers, the highest ever recorded. That is the National Golf Foundation, not my opinion. Over half your growth. And this is the ad you ran. Playing in South Carolina at Wild Dunes! ⛳🌴 Hole 16, a beautiful Par 3, gave us one challenge: carry the ball over the water… with a boat full of spectators watching every swing. 😅🛥️ The pressure was on, but we both cleared the water and had our own cheering section waiting for us! Moments like these are why we love playing golf together.
