Allow me to introduce the newly refreshed EverAsh Events — a celebration of the art of entertaining and gathering, where color meets connection, design is intricate by nature, and personality shines through every detail. 🌷 As we step into year six of this journey (!!!), a beautiful new chapter unfolds. While our logo, taglines, and visual elements have evolved, our approach remains exactly the same — rooted in thoughtful curation and creating moments that feel deeply personal and timeless. We crave the warmth of candlelit dinners, the laughter that fills a room when loved ones gather, and the intentional design that quietly unfolds throughout an evening. Each element of our new branding — from modern, intricate marks to whimsical illustrations — tells our story: transforming celebration into an art form, a painting captured in real time. When design is artistically led, patterns, textures, and nuanced palettes blend together to create an immersive experience. The work we love most is artfully maximalist — thoughtful layers of delicate color, texture, and our clients’ own personalities woven together. We can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings, and I hope you’ll continue along for the ride. Our refreshed website is live (link in bio), and we are currently booking primarily for 2027. Feeling endlessly grateful, inspired, and so excited for what’s ahead — ready to make more 🌷magic together. And lastly, none of this would have been possible without my dear friend @carleyanncreative . Your artistry brought EverAsh to life in ways I could have only dreamed of. So grateful for you and your incredible talent. 🥹💕✨ by @everashevents
A little glimpse into our Steamboat editorial from a few weeks ago - an editorial that perfectly set the tone for our design aesthetic here at Ever Ash Weddings. It’s romantic, it’s organic, & it’s ✨garden-chic✨ Finding your footing as a designer can be tricky at times, especially in this day and age where inspiration seems endless — through a tap on your phone you can scroll hundreds of images and it’s all just a little overwhelming to everyone involved in the planning and design process. For me, I’ve consistently been drawn to and will always fall back on these things: Nature, curation of color, & soft, impressionist-like patterns. I love layering one or two trendy elements on top of an overall more traditional, artful design. So that’s the tone we’re setting over here! If you’re in the market for a wedding planner or designer and the above is music to your ears, I’d love to hear from you. 🤍 We primarily serve the sunshine state, the lone star state, & the mountain town of Steamboat Springs, CO, but domestic destinations are welcome! Huge thank you to my industry friends that helped bring this shoot to life. It was the biggest team effort to make this editorial happen when some lovely weather rolled in. A dream team! Bringing Katie & Ian’s dream wedding design to life for their wedding day at Lost Tree was so much fun to do! Marrying a timeless, formal ballroom reception design with vibrant shades of pink & peach gave their day that fun Florida feel for their guests traveling in from all over the country🌴🥂✨ I can’t wait to share more details from this perfect sunny day that couldn’t have been made possible without this dream team! @erickdavid.films @blinkandcompanyphoto @elliesgarden_ @atlaseventrental @theclique_band @tropics.entertainment @djukipalmbeach @ukiproductions @shakeandsharemedia @ivyandlacefl @jessbonillabeauty @ivoryisledesigns by @everashevents

Channeling allllllll the coastal blues as we enter July!! 🐚💙✨ @pelicanclub_jupiter was the perfect setting for this destination wedding for Jenna & Paul’s family and friends traveling in from the midwest! Their gorgeous ballroom (The perfect canvas for any design truly!), coastal courtyard, & the tropical blue waters that make way for those stunning lighthouse views make this venue a local fav. ✨ This was the perfect garden-party meets coastal charm design that aligned with bride Jenna’s floral forward vision while simultaneously nodding to their wedding location. It will always be a favorite and we are so thankful that we were able to bring this beautiful day to life! Let’s chat about creative collaboration✨ Since we wear both the planning and design hats here at EverAsh, collaborating with other design-driven vendors to create one-of-a-kind beauty is one of our favorite parts of the entire planning process. So much magic gets made when you put creative brains together - using a couple’s initial wants and ideas as our starting point ensures that everything is an expression of their unique aesthetic. It’s truly a collaborative process between designers and the couple! For Molly & Peter’s Stationery, it was all about featuring tulips, their venue’s charm, & coastal nods like sea turtles to pay homage to the bride’s grandmother. 🐢🌷✨ & their tuxedo kitty matchboxes - I die! All of this beauty was not only the result of vendor collaboration, but the couple’s trust and openness throughout the design process. By being open to ideas and trusting our recommendations, this all came to life so perfectly for them! Oh - and we also ensure the photographer is aware of alllll of these special details to ensure we capture everything on wedding day, planning down to the styling mat and spare blooms needed. This was captured so so perfectly! Planning and design @everashevents Stationery @carleyanncreative Photo @devossphotography Floral @lddevents Venue @jekyllclubweddings @jekyllclub by @everashevents
After growing our family this spring, it’s time for another introduction here! 🤍 Meet Ashley, the face behind EverAsh Events ✨ around here we tailor the event planning and design experience with these values and principles in mind: 1. We create the experience so that YOU can stay fully present. 2. Weddings are and should be an expression of your own unique aesthetic. 3. We (And our clients) value JOY over hurry and rushing the process. This is how the magic gets made! 4. Every event should be filled with romance, warmth, and memory- making. ✨ Working with clients who share our same values is truly what makes the process so fun, stress-free, and inspiring for everyone involved! We have so much love for what we do and the impact we have in this world by creating someone’s dream wedding day and bringing people together to gather and make memories. It is so special! If you dream of your wedding or event to be a story worth re-telling for years to come we’d love to hear from you💕 inquiry form can be found on our website linked in bio. by @everashevents
Our tulip loving bride, Molly 🌷 This was definitely the windiest day of the season, but you’d never know from these pictures! We absolutely adored not only Molly, but her groom, and her entire family. They were so incredibly sweet, it was a pleasure to design for their big day 🤍 @everashevents @jekyllclubweddings @devossphotography by @everashevents

The details that you choose to share on your wedding day mean even more than you know! The time I take to capture my brides’ details before the wedding day is some of my favorite moments. There is so much nuance as well as special memories that can be locked away in the choices of your design, so let’s make sure to capture every bit of it! by @everashevents
