phase 1 : observation 🤩

if i ever get famous (which isn’t the goal but ) plastic surgeons will try to use this picture as my “what she has had done” photo and i will hv so many receipts on how every transformation i been in has been my own. 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️

at this point i am very glad to be getting bacc into my more natural body ! i know it’s kind of a no brainer but making gains is *heavy* ! (Muscle is *so heavy* ya’ll !) i’m proud that i hv the experience and that i rose up to a challenge, but me and my body are v v happy to be getting bacc into our natural smaller frame, and to our best n most authentic version of ourselves !!

let’s keep it moving in whatever direction of our present hearts desires 🤸🏻‍♀️🤍👍 we’ve come so far but there’s a lot more way to go ! taken in FashionBar Chicago by @everchanging.ocean

iss been da hottest minute since i’ve posted to ig !!! hello, hi, how are u ?

iss been a second but i’ve been following my dreams ☁️

these baby steps are real, but they are everything 👣🤩

i attended my first ever fashion week as a spectator & i’ve never experienced the fashion world so tangibly.

to be in a space that embraces and showcases the freedom of self-expression has been one of the best experiences of my life, and i can only look forward to the day in which i will get to be more directly a part of it.

mind blown by the creative geniuses that are the designers to hv their work featured in #chicagofashionweek. From the colorful and cute by @thee.brandonbrown to the dark and haunting “shadow work” by @doviart.fashion, i was far from disappointed by my first ever gander of runway looks.

as a final note, the biggest thank u to my cousin 🫶💕💕 for being the greatest host for my stay in the Windy City. who knew i would grow up to return to the place my parents came from and be so truly in love with this place our families hv called home ?

i never knew Chicago was gonna be a place of magic for me, where my dreams can come true, but this experience was only possible for me thx to your generosity. thank u for making a week long trip in a high rise apartment with the most spectacular view my reality. thank u for relating to 3 decades on this earth & for 1 decades worth of relationship highs and lows. even if the most recent dude ain’t there, we gon’ be at the wedding !! 💒🤍✨

i love u, i love chicago, and i love fashion week 🏙️♥️
