This song might be one of the most honest songs I’ve ever put out. I wrote it by myself, trying to capture the feeling I had of letting go of the last bit of the unhinged and wild youth I was still holding on to. There were parts of my youth that became my identity, and it was hard for me to give them up. This song is a picture of finally being okay with turning the page to the next
chapter while also tipping my hat to the past that has shaped the person I am today. Along with that, not trimming any wild hairs or reducing my spontaneous existence, but directing it toward a deeper and more soul-filling endeavor.

Thanks to everybody who helped make this song come to life.

Uncle B sits down with the man that holds the ‘Keys to Kentucky’ - the fantastic @everettemusic ! One show packed with stories of a vasectomy gone a bit awry, PE degrees, and a song that will have you forgetting every ‘Worry’ for a few minutes ! Whole thing on YouTube right now ! Watch it and subscribe ! taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @everettemusic
