We are so proud to share that we’re now representing Naomi and Natalie Evans, founders of @everydayracism_  & @the_antiracist_school ✨

Naomi and Natalie have built the UK's largest anti-racism platform on Instagram, with an audience of 260K people through content that doesn't just raise awareness - it helps individuals, organisations and communities take meaningful action.

They're award-winning educators, @ted x speakers, two-time published authors, and recipients of the 'Changemaker of the Year' award at the 2024 ITV @bcreatoruk What makes their work so powerful is that it sits at the intersection of culture, education and social impact. They have an exceptional ability to translate complex conversations about race into practical, accessible learning that drives real behavioural change.

As organisations continue to think more deeply about culture, leadership and inclusion, and audiences flock to credible and voices, the work by experts like Naomi and Natalie's have never been more important.

We're incredibly proud to support the next stage of their journey and help more organisations, brands and institutions access their expertise.

You can work with Naomi and Natalie through:
💡 Keynotes and conference speaking
💡 Panel discussions and moderated conversations
💡 Anti-racism and culture change training
💡 Interactive workshops for organisations, schools and communities
💡 Writing, campaigns and strategic storytelling

We've admired their work for years, so being part of this next chapter is a real privilege.

At Creative Ally, we represent creators who don't just influence culture - they help shape it. Naomi and Natalie embody exactly that.

Swipe to learn more about Naomi and Natalie, the impact they've built, and how you can work with them.

Our message is clear RACISM IS NOT PATRIOTISM. If you care about this country the far right must have no place for spreading hate. YOU AND ME. Divide and conquer is the tactic of the ruling class. We are stronger together. The system wants to divide us, we want to unite. Together we are stronger to fight the forces that wish to blame marginalised communities for problems they have created.

The money raised from the project will go to Everyday Racism CIC who run “The Anti-Racist School “ a project which delivers teacher training and student workshops all over the country.

It’s almost like you can’t say anything racist or misogynistic anymore without fear it’s going to be recorded?

Raising boys is serious. Not one of them in that damn frat group called the police.Nolan Wells did not drown and someone knows the truth.A man has gone out and slashed a dinghy with asylum seekers while the rest chant “watch them drown”.Sadly I could go on.We need better than this. by @everydayracism_

You asked for this to be a grid post. This is one of the first things we discuss in our training sessions. “But I’m a nice person”, “I treat everyone the same”, “I don’t see colour”. One of the reasons the Ed Sheeran situation struck such a nerve is because it’s not just about a celebrity not using their influence-many of us are dealing with people like this in everyday life and their get out clause “I’m not political”. Some of us just don’t get to make that choice or if we do we end up giving away pieces of ourselves to assimilate. by @everydayracism_

Expat, is often used informally for people living or working abroad, while legally, most governments simply classify them as foreign residents.

But notice how “expat” has become increasingly linked to class and race, often describing Westerners who move abroad, while others are labelled “immigrants.”

It’s another way we other and vilify immigrants, even when they’re doing the same thing: moving to another country to live and work.

So, why are some people expats and others immigrants? by @everydayracism_
