I’m very happy to share that I have received a 5🌟Food Hygiene Rating during inspection this morning 🤩

There is so much more that needs to happen behind the scenes to create the pretty cakes you see here and to ensure a high standard of quality and practices.

From ingredients sourcing and quality, cleaning systems, food laws and allergen controls, to name just a few, there are many different aspects of creating an edible product, so maintaining my 5🌟 food rating from previous inspections means a lot to me and for my business.

Thank you to all my customers for your support & custom over the years. Without you, this would not be a business 🤗 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 taken in St Albans, Hertforshire by @everyonesfavouritebakes

Who is already hooked after watching the 1st episode of the new The Celebrity Traitors? @thetraitorsukofficial

What a tense start! I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds 🔥🕍☠️

This cake was made for a faithful fan of the show 🥰
I tried to add as much detail as possible to recreate my artistic representation of the beautiful @ardrosscastle

Are you a Traitor or a Faithful ?

It was great to create these bespoke Padel cupcakes for @padelstars.stalbans Club Championships over this weekend 🎾

Very detailed fondant work and yes, each little dot was cut out and stuck in place one by one 😅 and I’ve been told they all got eaten in half the time they took to make, but I am really happy with how they turned out.
