A little stop at Arbroath Abbey before heading to set. 🏰🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Founded in 1178 by King William the Lion, this incredible abbey was once one of Scotland’s grandest medieval monasteries. William was eventually buried here, in front of the high altar.

But Arbroath Abbey is perhaps most famous for its connection to the Declaration of Arbroath. In 1320, a letter was sent from here to Pope John XXII making the case for Scotland to be recognized as an independent kingdom and Robert the Bruce as its lawful king.

More than 800 years later, walking through these ruins and imagining everything these walls have witnessed is pretty incredible.

🏴 SCOTLAND… you are taking my breath away.

We wandered through the grounds of the Church of the Holy Rude in Stirling, and I honestly don’t think this reel even does it justice.

The church.
The ancient stones.
The graveyard.
The views stretching out over the Scottish countryside…

It felt like we had stepped straight into another century.

And then you learn the history. 🤯

The Church of the Holy Rude dates largely back to the 1400s and 1500s, and in 1567, James VI was crowned King of Scots inside this very church- when he was only 13 months old. 👑

Even the name is ancient- “Holy Rude” means Holy Cross.

The historic kirkyard beside the church was later extended into what is now known as the Old Town Cemeteries, sitting on this incredible elevated ground just below Stirling Castle. Walking among the old gravestones with those sweeping views over the Forth Valley was something else.

There are some places where you don’t just SEE the history…

You feel it.

This was one of them.

The church and graveyard absolutely took our breath away. Old, beautiful, peaceful and filled with centuries of stories.

And considering we’re here in Scotland filming Season 3 of Haunted: Heart & Soul… you KNOW places like this have me wanting to learn every story hiding behind those stones. 👻🏴

Scotland, I think I’m falling a little bit in love with you.

LET’S GO!!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✈️👻

All packed up and ready to head to SCOTLAND!

✨ Fresh face ✅
✨ Fresh hair ✅
✨ Bags packed ✅
✨ Paranormal investigation gear ✅
✨ Ready for an adventure… ABSOLUTELY!

The first few episodes of Season 3 of Haunted: Heart & Soul are being filmed in SCOTLAND, and I cannot believe I finally get to say that! I’ve always wanted to visit Scotland. It’s where my ancestors are from, after all! Clan Kerr on my dads side and Clan Fraser on my moms side❤️

For the next couple of weeks, we’ll be investigating castles, exploring old ships, taking in the history and wandering through some absolutely incredible places.

And obviously I’ll be touching a few rocks and gemstones along the way just in case they somehow transport me through time to find Jamie Fraser. 😂

Jamie… is that you?! 👀🤣

Listen, a girl can try.

I’m going to bring you along for as much of this adventure as I can, so STAY CLOSE TO MY STORIES! I’ve also created a SCOTLAND 🇬🇧 highlight bubble on Instagram where I’ll be saving everything from the trip- behind the scenes, getting ready for filming days, sightseeing, food, shenanigans and whatever else happens along the way.

Proof you absolutely CANNOT take us anywhere. 😂🌴

We went to Miami for a Farmasi business conference…

But somehow ended up dancing in the streets of South Beach, rocking questionable rain gear in torrential downpours, causing chaos in Target & Costco, running through a Chick-fil-A drive-thru, living our best lives at the pool and laughing until our stomachs hurt.

Professional businesswomen by day.
Public nuisances by… also day. 🤷🏼‍♀️

But THIS is what I love about our team.

We’re building businesses, but we’re also building friendships, memories and a community with people we probably never would have met otherwise. ❤️

We work hard. We support each other. And apparently we can turn literally ANYWHERE into a good time.

I could tell you Farmasi is amazing.

But you’d probably expect me to say that. 😂

So instead, I’ll tell you this…

I’ve been in this industry for 27 YEARS.

I’ve seen companies.
I’ve seen compensation plans.
I’ve seen trends come and go.
I’ve experienced massive success AND complete burnout.

So at this stage of my life, I’m not interested in hype.

I’m interested in what makes sense.

Do I actually like the products?

Would I buy them if there wasn’t a business attached?

Can an everyday person make money without having to become some massive recruiter?

Can someone build BIG if that’s what they want?

Can a customer simply shop without pressure?

Can I build this business around my LIFE instead of building my life around my business?

Those questions matter to me now.

And almost two years later, I’m still here.

Still using the products.
Still building.
Still learning.
Still excited about where we’re going.

That probably tells you more than any sales pitch ever could.

Good morning and WELCOME TO MY KITCHEN ☀️😂

And I mean… GOOD morning. As in, I literally just woke up. Bed head. Hair not brushed. Barely functioning. 🤣

Welcome to my early morning kitchen shenanigans!

Before I do pretty much anything else, I make my morning GLOW drink. ✨ It’s become one of those little rituals I genuinely look forward to, and I like having it first thing in the morning.

So what’s in today’s concoction? 👇🏼

🌿 Aloe Glow: one of my ALL-TIME favourite products! I jokingly call it a “washing machine for the gut” 😂 because I love incorporating aloe into my routine for digestive support and keeping things moving. 💩 Yep, we talk about that in my kitchen too. 🤣

⚡️ L-Carnitine: plays a role in helping the body transport fatty acids into cells where they can be used for energy.

💧 Hydro Drops: these contain hyaluronic acid, which is known for its ability to bind and retain water. I love adding these to my hydration routine. Hydro Drops are available in select markets, but unfortunately not in Canada.

🍊 Vitamin C + D + Zinc Effervescent Tab: another favourite! Vitamin C and zinc help support normal immune function, and I love the little fizzy flavour it gives my drink. I’ll make it cold like this OR drop one into warm water when I want something cozy and soothing.

Mix it all together and THAT is how I start my morning. ✨

No perfect hair. No fancy setup. Just me, my kitchen, my Glow drink and some first-thing-in-the-morning shenanigans. 😂

POV: You refuse to give up half your suitcase to your daily supplements. 😂✈️

I found the BEST little travel pouches for all my powders, gummies and daily wellness goodies, and I had to see just how much I could fit in this tiny thing.

Apparently… A LOT. 😂

I’ve also been under the weather this past week, so I’ve been laying low, getting lots of rest and trying to listen to what my body needs. I’m still keeping up with my wellness routine and business from the couch, but giving myself permission to slow down, too.

That balance is something I’m continuing to work on- mind, body + spirit. ❤️

And travelling doesn’t mean throwing all my routines out the window. I want to keep sharing how I try to eat well on the road, pack smarter, keep up with the things that make me feel good AND still enjoy the adventure.

I came down with a cold recently 🤧😂

Sore throat, stuffy nose, watery eyes, exhausted… I’ve definitely been under the weather since getting home from my travels.

So I’ve been RESTING and making my go-to wellness drink that I always reach for when I want to support my immune system. 🍯✨

I use a NUTRIPLUS effervescent Vitamin C + D + Zinc tablet in hot water and add honey and cinnamon to it. Why?

🍊 Vitamin C is an antioxidant that supports normal immune function

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about this industry is that you have to become a full-time “salesperson” or build a huge team to make money.

You don’t.

Some women simply want to take the beauty, skincare and wellness products they’re already using, share them naturally on social media, and earn when someone purchases through their link. That’s it. 🙌🏼
