HYROX TORONTO 2026/27. I DID IT, GUYS!! I FINISHED!!🥹🔥🏁

No penalties. No DQ! 🙌🏾

New to fitness, I decided to challenge myself and registered for HYROX.

Should I have started with Doubles?

Probably. 😂

But my coconut head said: “NO TIME!” 🤣

So SOLO it was!

Training started…

Then came my first simulations and I thought:

“BOY OH BOY… WHAT HAVE I SIGNED UP FOR?!” 😂😭

But I stuck with it.

Come race day, I was nervous.

I had questioned myself so many times because I felt like I hadn’t trained enough.

Juggling between a 9–5, two very active kids, extracurricular activities and LIFE… it wasn’t easy.

But I held on.

My community kept reminding me:

“This is a race with yourself.”
“Pace yourself.”
“Trust yourself.”

And I listened.

Race day came…

And I SMASHED IT!!! 🔥

Maybe it wasn’t the fastest time compared to others.

But it was MY BEST.

Station by station.
Run by run.
Doubt by doubt.

Until I crossed that finish line.

I DID IT. 🏁❤️

First and foremost, THANK YOU, GOD. 🙏🏾❤️

I truly leaned on Him throughout this journey. I prayed for strength, protection and the grace to make it to that finish line.

And He carried me through.

To my incredible F45 community — @f45_training_milton — THANK YOU! ❤️

To every Coach and every HYROX-er I trained with: thank you for the motivation, encouragement, laughs and shared suffering! 😂

@fittestfirefighterproject Thank you for putting your heart into getting us ready and believing in us.

F45 Milton has become such a special place for me. ❤️

And to my friends, family and everyone who followed me through this journey…

Every message.
Every prayer.
Every “YOU GOT THIS!”

YESSSSS, YOUR GIRL DID IT!!! 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

I MADE Y’ALL PROUD!!! ❤️

And would I do it again?

ABSOLUTELY!!! 😂🔥

Now let me recover, work on what needs improving and come back for that NEW PR! 💪🏾🔥

Because this experience taught me:

I CAN DO HARD THINGS.

And so can YOU.

Whatever you set your mind to, keep showing up.

Trust yourself.
Trust the process.
Keep moving.

YES, I CAN!!!
AND SO CAN YOU!!! ❤️🔥

This was one of my very emotional moments as I couldn’t believe that I finished.

My baby is SIX! 🥹💗

Yesterday, I watched your little face light up as you walked into your LOL surprise, and for a moment, I just stood there taking you in. The excitement, the smile, the pure happiness… these are the moments I wish I could bottle up and keep forever. 🥹

Six years of loving you. Six years of watching you grow into the sweetest, funniest, smartest little girl. Six years of a love I never knew my heart was capable of holding. 💕

Everything was planned just to see that smile, and I’d do it a thousand times over. You deserve a childhood filled with beautiful memories, laughter and the absolute certainty that you are deeply and endlessly loved.

Happy 6th birthday, my beautiful girl. 🎂✨ May God protect you, guide you and make your life even more beautiful than I could ever plan for you.

Over the past few years, I have truly experienced the Lord’s goodness and compassion. Through every season, He held me so close and never allowed me to fall. At a time when I had completely lost hope and questioned the meaning of life, He met me with His promises. This girl is grateful #gratefulmuch.
