Just June 🤍

There were lots of park days and beach days, trips to the library, bubbles and belly laughs, Dad’s basketball games, soccer class, and swim class. You had your very first trip to the Science Center, and with FIFA in LA, there was a little extra soccer excitement in the air. ⚽️

Our friends @shawnpasswaters came to town, and we got to make sweet memories together. We saw our sweet @laurenmarshalldecierdo on stage at the theater and soaked up a beautiful day with family.

We celebrated two graduations @nathalieriveraaa 🎉 and three birthdays — including your Mama’s and Grandma Nancy’s. 🤍 And we celebrated another sweet Father’s Day together. @jpaige_123 ❤️💙❤️👶🏽

One of my favorite moments was watching you and Daddy read the book I wrote for you — a little piece of my heart, written just for you, now becoming part of our memories together. And Daddy got you Kevin the Kahlua, who quickly became another little part of your world.

You got your first real boo-boo when Daddy’s microphone came tumbling down, and thankfully, you were okay.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, you really started finding your voice. You were talking more and more every day, and you absolutely loved pushing around anything with wheels.

Just June — full of ordinary days, little firsts, big celebrations, and the sweetest memories. 🤍

May Memories 🤎

May brought another sweet Mother’s Day with you. You and Daddy surprised me with the sweetest keepsake necklace. 🥹🤎 We celebrated at church and caught up with some of Daddy’s college friends.

There were lots of playdates, park days, and memories with friends. 🌿 A friend introduced you to bubble trays, and you quickly discovered how much you loved them. 🫧 You helped Mommy make deviled eggs—cracking the eggs was your favorite part. 🥚 And May was also the month you decided you REALLY liked sandwiches. 😂🥪

Your hair had gotten so long that Mommy could finally pull it into a little ponytail, and I even gave you two tiny braids. Too cute! 🤎 And thank you, @viviankellie for your adorable little sunglasses—you looked way too cool in them. 😎

May was when your running really took off, and it was so much fun watching those little legs get faster and faster. 🏃🏽‍♂️ You took your first swim class with Daddy after always swimming with Mommy, and you swung a baseball bat for the first time at the park—a first I didn’t catch on video but wanted to remember. ⚾

We started having fun with our new mics, and Mommy celebrated a friend’s wedding. But one of the coolest moments was your very first trip to a movie theater, where you got to look up at that big screen and see your Dada in a movie. 🎬🥹 What a special way to experience the movies for the very first time—and such a proud moment for Dada. 🤎

April Adventures 🤎

A little throwback to April because somehow we’re already at the end of September. 🥹🌷

April was full of celebrations—we celebrated five friends’ birthdays, spent Easter Sunday at church, and had park days with friends. You got your first Easter basket from Susan, tried honey for the first time, tasted yummy foods in new places, spent time with friends from far away, and met Hover. 🤗 You got your first boots from @andrewtibbs_official your first official tennis shoes, your first set of Legos, and your first scooter—your little blue scooter that you’re still learning to ride. 💙🛴

You had your first dentist visit and got some new little teeth! 🦷 You took your first soccer class, went to gymnastics and swim class, and played in the mud for the first time.

You came to Dublin’s to visit Mommy at work, loved playing ball with Daddy, and watched Daddy play basketball. 🏀 You read books, laughed, danced, explored, and made so many memories with Mommy and Daddy.

You even got a little blood blister from the abacus at the park and didn’t shed a tear—such a brave boy! And putting your little feet on Daddy’s face had all three of us cracking up. 😂

So many little firsts packed into one sweet month. April, you were one for the memory books. 🤎🌷 by @evestepp
