3K… what?! 🤍😭 … long overdue introduction 🙉

Hi, I’m Evelin, the owner behind Evie Coffee Bar. ✨

I’m a proud Mexican business owner, the daughter of hardworking immigrants, and a proud college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Education. That background has shaped who I am—it taught me patience, compassion, and that every opportunity is something to be grateful for. 🇲🇽 ☕️🪩

What began as serving to-go drinks, has grown into a team that now offers a coffee bar, matcha bar, boba cart, cotton candy bar, photo booth, and taco truck catering. 🌮🍭🧋✨🇲🇽 @tacos_el_mesquite

I take a lot of pride in my work. I care deeply about every event, every client, and every little detail. I’ve been lucky to build trust with amazing clients and some incredible vendor friends along the way. 🪩💃

I truly believe there’s room for everyone to succeed. I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned, support others, and celebrate people chasing their own dreams. We all start somewhere, and I think that’s something worth remembering. ✨

If there’s one thing I hope people remember about me, it’s that I started with very little, stayed humble, worked hard, and never stopped learning. 🙏

Lo más importante, quiero darle gracias a Dios por bendecir este negocio y guiarme en cada paso del camino. None of this would be possible without His grace, and I’ll never take that for granted. ❤️

To every client, every vendor friend, every person who has shared my work, referred me, or simply cheered me on—thank you. 👩🏽‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏽 To my man, thank you for being my muscles 💪

Reaching 3K is such a special milestone, and I appreciate every single one of you. Here’s to what’s next. 🤍

A little coffee, a little matcha, and A WHOLE LOT OF LOVE! ☕️🤎✨

BROOKS x FREE PEOPLE 🏃‍♀️☕️ @fpmovement @freepeople @brooksrunning

Queen: @spinsyddy 🩷

What a DREAM of an event! We had the sweetest time serving coffee and matcha to over 400+ guests at this amazing 5K! From the early morning setup to every single drink poured, this one was definitely one for the books. 🥹🤍

So grateful to be part of such a fun event and to bring a little Evie Coffee magic to the morning! Seeing everyone stop by, grab their favorite drinks, and enjoy their day made it all so special. 🌷

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Brooks and Free People for having us! And, of course, to our incredible team for making it all happen. 400+ drinks later, and we’re still smiling! 🫶🏼

Here’s to more mornings filled with coffee, matcha, and unforgettable memories. 🤎

EVIE COFFEE, YOU WERE MADE FOR THIS. ☕️✨
