Vaunerable post! I’m exhausted! But I am also filled with expectation … it’s been a really focused time for me working behind the scene’s. Doing some deep work in order to bring more of what I offer as a Vocal Coach and who ever crosses my path a more holistic healing experience. It’s been such an incredible journey so far, not always easy, a time of solitude, sometimes elated as I’m really learning the art of the subconscious mind and how we create what we see in our reality… “as a man thinketh” …but that also means taking full responsibility for every outcome in your life! Owning all of who you are. Having the courage to do the deep work, step into the unknown. I had a cute day today. Stayed local, enjoyed the winter sun, remembered why I love this little town, had some mumma rejuvination time after a couple of weeks of having a sick bubba with not much sleep or me time!… let myself go slow, journalled, dreamed, sipped on cocoa! Hugged my babies with so much gratitude, it was honestly the best day. Magic happens in the slowness, in the quite moments you can hear your heart! Big clarity today. And with self love, we have so much more to give .. happy school holidays… hope I can take the chill go slow vibe with me 😍💖🙏 by @eviehounslow
