It’s all about trusting God and walking in faith. 💕💕
POSTS STORIES REELS
There is something so powerful about choosing love, faith, and positivity in the way we see ourselves and the life God is building through us. 🤍 We give ourselves permission to dream bigger, grow, and become all that God is calling us to be. We choose excellence, keep moving forward, trust His direction, and remain kind to our future selves. What we nurture today shapes who we are becoming. And as we walk with God, we trust that His promises are unfolding in our lives. He is faithful, He is leading us, and what He has promised, He brings to pass in His perfect timing. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 by @evieliri
Our first mission trip to Colombia 2025 and an experience we will carry with us forever. 💜 We went with open hearts and a desire to serve, and God gave us so many opportunities to do just that, from planting beans and coffee, spending time with the children, teaching them God’s Word, and cleaning the church, to sharing in a women’s conference and preaching in the park. But missions are about so much more than what we do. They’re about the people we meet along the way, sharing a meal, offering a hug, praying with someone, playing with a child, listening to a story, or simply being present when someone needs encouragement. And somewhere along the way, we realized something: we may have gone thinking we were going to give, but we received so much more than we could have imagined. We received smiles we won’t forget, stories that touched our hearts, and moments that reminded us what truly matters. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude, and we know we will never be quite the same. We don’t have to be perfect, have special skills, or know exactly what to say to go on a mission. Sometimes God simply asks us to be willing to show up, love people, serve, and let Him use us. Coming home, we carry more than memories. We carry the people, the moments, and the reminder that serving God is an incredible privilege. The trip may be over, but the mission continues wherever He sends us. What an honor. What a privilege. What a blessing to serve. 💜 Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Mark 16:15 by @evieliri
Philippians 3:13 — “Forget what lies behind and strain toward what lies ahead.” Such a gentle reminder that moving forward doesn’t mean denying what happened, pretending it didn’t hurt, or erasing the lessons life has taught us. Sometimes moving forward means forgiving. Forgiving others. Forgiving ourselves. Making peace with what we cannot change and choosing not to carry it into everything that comes next. The past has its place. It can teach us, shape us, and remind us of how far we’ve come. But it doesn’t get to decide what comes next. There is still more ahead. More unity. More growth. More purpose. More healing. More love. And more of God’s goodness. We don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward. We can simply give the past its place, give God the rest, and keep going. There are better things ahead. And by God’s grace, we keep moving forward. by @evieliri
What a gift it is to love and feel loved by someone. Yet even the best human love can never compare to the love of God that carries us through our lives. A love that always forgives, always comforts, always guides, always understands, always protects, and never gives up on us. It isn’t based on what we’ve done or what we can offer in return. It simply flows from who He is. The beautiful thing is that His love isn’t distant or out of reach. It’s available to us at any moment. In the middle of a busy day, a difficult season, a grateful heart, or a quiet prayer, His presence is there anytime we choose to turn our hearts toward Him. by @evieliri
Just Us 💕 Every day, I am reminded to love and hold close to the people who choose to stay. The ones who celebrate our happiest days and hardest days. They are God’s blessings in our lives and gifts we should never take for granted. Let’s pray for them, cherish them, laugh with them, forgive them, make time for them, and remind them how much they mean to us. Thank you Daddy for who you are, and all you do, I am truly blessed. Love you 💜 by @evieliri
God’s grace has carried me through every season of healing. 🤍 Grief is one of the hardest things to live through and even harder to explain. It can bring so many emotions that words sometimes can’t fully express. But through it all, God understands every part of our hearts. Jesus wept when He lost His friend Lazarus, reminding us that God understands grief deeply and walks with us through it. Healing is a journey, and I’m thankful that God never left my side through any part of it. Even on the days I felt weak, numb, or overwhelmed, He continued to hold me together and give me strength to keep going. I’ve learned that healing begins when we allow ourselves to be honest about the pain instead of hiding it away. Placing that hurt in God’s hands creates room for peace, restoration, and growth. What once felt heavy slowly becomes lighter through His love and grace. I’m deeply grateful for all the prayers, love, patience, understanding, and space that was given to me during this difficult time. The quiet moments alone with God allowed Him to heal parts of my heart that words could never reach. It also brings me so much comfort knowing my dad accepted the Lord, and is now in His presence, until we met again. Miss you Dad 🤍 Thank you Jesus 🤍 Thank you Nana for all you do. Love you 🤍 by @evieliri
Gratitude changes the way we see everything. Not because life is perfect, but because we begin to notice what God has been doing all along, the prayers He answered, the strength He gave, the doors He opened, and the grace that carried us . It doesn’t remove every struggle, but it reminds us that God is still present, still faithful, and still working. Many times the biggest shift happens when we stop focusing on what is missing and start thanking Him for what remains. Grateful for our time in St. Augustine and for the memories, peace, and moments God blessed us with. Give thanks in all circumstances. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 by @evieliri
It’s hard to put into words, but everything about this moment felt peaceful. Beautiful sunshine, peace, joy, feeling fulfilled, and blessed. Like everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. Seemed like the perfect day. And maybe that’s what stays with me the most, how such a beautiful day could exist right alongside something so heartbreaking. Life has a way of doing that. Holding both at the same time. In moments like these I’m reminded to be present, appreciate the people around us, and really take in what’s happening around us, because those quiet moments can end up meaning everything later. This is our reminder to slow down, take in the sunshine. Because sometimes, what feels like an ordinary, perfect moment, is actually something sacred you’ll carry forever. This picture was taken just a few hours before my dad went home to be with Jesus. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18 🙏🏼 by @evieliri
Ever notice how life feels lighter when you step away for a minute. No noise. No rush. Just fresh air and a reminder that not everything needs to be figured out today. We all get caught up chasing the next thing, the next goal, the next notification, the next problem to solve. But moments like this, they slow everything down in the best way. It’s okay to pause. To breathe. To look around and realize you’re already living a life you once prayed for. We all need moments like this. Be still, and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10 by @evieliri
What if God already knows the worst parts of us and still chooses to love us anyway… It honestly brings so much peace knowing that even on my worst days, when I mess up, overthink, or fall into things I know I shouldn’t, God still loves me. He already knows every flaw, every struggle, and He doesn’t walk away. While reading Galatians 5:16–26, I’m reminded of the constant pull between what I want and what I know is right. But thank God He gives us His Spirit to help us grow, to become more loving, patient, and kind, even when it doesn’t come naturally. I’m imperfect. I struggle. I don’t always get it right. But God’s love for us isn’t based on perfection, and that’s what makes it so powerful. 💜 by @evieliri
Love isn’t always about agreeing, sometimes it’s about choosing each other anyway. Love isn’t always about seeing everything the same way, it’s often found in the beauty of learning each other’s differences. Every relationship brings together two unique stories, and somewhere in between is a space where patience grows, encouragement flows, and grace quietly does its work. When we lean into the kind of love modeled by Jesus, something shifts, it becomes less about keeping score and more about keeping each other close. And in those small, everyday moments of choosing kindness, understanding, and unity, love becomes deeper, lighter, and a reflection of something greater than ourselves. 🤍 May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:5–6 by @evieliri
Enjoy the day, with its ups, downs, and everything in between. Life isn’t always perfect, but every moment still holds something worth appreciating. Through it all, keep faith, and know it’s all in Gods perfect plan. Take a breath, be present, check on the people you care about, and make a memory if you can. Tomorrow is never promised, so enjoy today. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 🙏🏼 by @evieliri
