Legend has it there is an accursed object. One handed down, lost and regained through out the ages. Ancient and malevolent in nature, it would appear to humans on shorelines, or fishing boats. Some celebrated it and some idolized it. Other’s grew weary of it’s presence. A shell. Something found across the world, in every ocean. An Inconspicuous item one would collect, sell or harvest. The perfect cover.

Not much is known about the shell to date. The obscure history suggests that groups who it appeared to fell ill, grew anxious, or would wield great power. Only to abuse it and collapse. A range of consequences seem to follow those who possess it. There are no known photos of the shell, but It’s said to be of a large stature, grey and tattered. Scarred and encrusted. It must be thousands of years old.

Finding the shell should be a sign of a strained destiny. An omen, for which you are bound. If any advice could apply. It would be a great warning to not interact with it, and to leave it where ever it is found. It could save your life. If you do take it, no one can be sure of what will unfold.
