Fatigue shakes turned tap just now on a whim. The more tired the louder. Poetic? Metaphorical? Odd?

Onto something or just totally self-indulgent?

Family visit to #Sacramento for half of Dec! Was limited to mostly intimate family time but also a visit to @crockerart—belated sharing ✨

While there had a lil sip of wine (while still on current #lyme treatment—done with this protocol next week btw!—so ended up spending most of my time on the floor of Crocker’s 2nd floor bathroom. Or with sunnies on just sitting). Love the Crocker tho!

Slow mini-muscle moves on vid at 3x speed! Movement right now is heavy, quicksand-like… yeah, on more treatment. These little, light, gentle, slowwwww bops were the right move. [pun]

Early spring afternoon selfie! Phone propped up on one of a series of wavy shaped benches. Where I was about to sit. And then sat. Yay to walks and benches resembling water.

From @philamuseum visit… moved by Zoe Leonard’s “Strange Fruit,” (1992-97). Sharing but not doing its significance justice. ✨

FINALLY visited @philamuseum again after a couple decades a few Sundays ago. So many bucket list pieces from art history text books on display.

Museum visits with #jhumuseumstudies peeps tend to produce some of the best visits ever btw. Not biased. (📷 Rika)

#kitchenrenovation to come in time. Keywords: in time. The starting-point has charm?
