This was the highlight of Billies College Send Off. I drew this tree with the hope that everyone that attended would take their fingerprint and stamp it as a reminder that no matter what she has a Villiage and this is a visual reminder that she’s able to take with her to college! And just like that, the years flew by. I am so grateful that God has trusted me with one of his most precious jewels. He could have blessed me with a better child. 💛 Thank You, Everyone! 💛

It has taken me a minute to process, and I’m still overjoyed. But I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who has called, texted, commented, posted, prayed, encouraged, and celebrated with me as I earned my Master’s degree.

If I’m being honest, this has been one of the hardest years of my life. There were moments when I was exhausted, discouraged, questioning myself, and trying to hold everything together while continuing to show up for my family, my work, my community, and my education. There were many days when the finish line felt far away.

Yet somehow, through God’s grace, I kept going.

This year taught me that strength isn’t about never struggling, it’s about continuing to move forward even when the path is difficult. Despite the challenges, I accomplished so much. I earned my Master’s degree, watched my daughter reach incredible milestones of her own, continued serving my community, and discovered a level of resilience I didn’t know I had.

To everyone who supported me along the way, thank you. Your words, prayers, encouragement, and belief in me carried me more than you know.

This degree represents more than an academic achievement. It represents perseverance, faith, healing, growth, and the decision to keep going when it would have been easier to quit.

I am grateful, humbled, and excited for what comes next.
