Heya it's Elliot! I've not made a gofundme before, but this is for my friend Aiden and it's really important so even if you're not a in a place to donate right now, sharing this helps.
I'd also like to recognise the massive part @abism_th played in this. Her own fundraiser ('You Owe Me a Coffee') for Zaidi, a friend in a very similar position to Aiden, and the willingness to answer my questions around the legal side of things has helped significantly! Thank you truly ❤️

My friend Felix has started up @theaffirmproject

It provides free, personalised - Affirm Kits - to trans, non binary, and gender non-conforming people across the UK (16+ only).

Gender affirming care in all forms SAVES LIVES.

10 years ago someone who was post op passed down what would be my first binder. I used to duct tape and bandage as I had no other means or knowledge then. That act carried me thru to my top surgery and enabled me to bind safely.

This community has and continues to make huge steps towards support for each other and I really stand by this project and wanna support @fe_fr33r in any way I can.

Despite a bit of last minute spraying, and QR code sticking (ty 4 printing them @iron_felix_2.0 ily so so much) we got a bunch of signs out amongst the 150,000 Trans Pride attendees yesterday!

We have one epic community around us and anything you can do to support The Affirm Project would mean the world to me.

Binder donations, gofundme donations, following the account, sharing the info with people who might need it or can help support this project further- it all adds up!

A huuuuuge thank you to everyone who braved the grim weather last weekend and came to our second ever Pride Party event!

A special thank you to DJ @ki.sces for your excellent music, to the setting team for the amazing blocs put up especially for the event, and to all the people who came and made the atmosphere so great. Of course, a special thank you also goes out to @evolutionofelios; the community that he has built here at mile end, social by social, over the past three years is unparalleled and getting to celebrate that with you all each June is fast becoming one of our favourite events.

Saturday 6th June,come celebrate Pride Month and 3 incredible years of our amazing Queer Climb community 🌈

Join us from 12pm–4pm (and of course, you’re very welcome to stay afterwards for drinks!)
The Secret Garden will remain open to everyone throughout the day, but please bear in mind it may be busier than usual.

The event is open to all LGBTQIA+ climbers, whether it’s your very first time on the wall or you’re already part of the community, and will be hosted by our amazing @evolutionofelios

We’ve got a limited number of Early Bird tickets available, so grab yours via the link in bio before they’re gone. We also have a few spaces available for anyone who needs them, just give us a call or pop in at reception to speak to the team.

Life recently:

moving house, settling in, don't stop working, climbing more again, sending self tapes

thank you @georgefarren for THE most incredible Vegan Dubai Chocolate Easter Egg I have ever tasted and the sweetest gift I could receive. He said it was for running Queer Climb for the last couple years 🥺💞 my whole heart melted

not that i need to explain myself but... my mh was shockingly bad over winter n i reclused biggg time (was blessed to be acting full time from Oct to Feb!) but thru the other side of the rough now and grateful to my friends n family for always being a listening ear and there to hold me. “ELIOS” — a re-introduction.

This is something I've been thinking about for well over a year and a half, and at the end of 2025 it all finally clicked into place. If I'm honest I was struggling with surnames – family’s complicated, y’know?

I also chose to bring my Greek surname back, this time as my middle name – something that feels grounding and true.

I took my time working out what felt right, made the change in my personal life (still need to do my deed poll 😅), and now I’m really happy to share this with you – taking my new name into a new year.

I’m so grateful for the boundless support from my family and friends. I rlly <3 you.

'The Best Company' (a small poem to commemorate all my BIG feelings)

How fortunate am I to have worked with a group of people as wonderful this,
To learn in an environment so full of support, kindness and openness.
Lifelong friendships and memories to last,
With only the best of company and cast.
I'll miss the laughs, tears, quizzes, and puzzle pieced fun,
