First time I hit the gym during a vacation.
And interestingly… it was my taper week.

So no heavy training.
Just 25 minutes in the gym,
some swimming,
and plenty of time with family n recovery.
I’m learning that fitness isn’t about training hard every single day.

Sometimes, it’s about staying active,
recovering,
and still enjoying the journey.

Rishikesh gave me a little bit of both —
movement and a reset.
