I listened to Ghana’s President,H.E. John Dramani Mahama @officialjdmahama address world leaders today, and one thought stayed with me:

Africa’s future will depend not only on what we have, but on what we are capable of building with what we have.

The future of Africa is a human capital conversation.

We must prepare young Africans not just to find their place in the future, but to build it.

That is the work @thegrowthcatalyst_ is contributing to with @evolvea_hq.

Founders don’t just build for their time. They build for the generations that come after them.

Today, we honour the vision, courage and sacrifice of those who dared to imagine a different Africa and committed themselves to building it.

Kwame Nkrumah’s words remind us that what unites us is greater than what divides us.

The work of building Africa is still unfinished. And each generation has a role to play.

Happy Founder’s Day. 🇬🇭

Sometimes, the vision comes before the evidence.

Andy Oppong Dankyi shares a powerful part of his journey, how he held on to the conviction that he would become a journalist, even when circumstances didn’t seem to support it.

He believed, took the step, and today, he is living that reality.

Now, he joins us as a Speaker at the READY OR NOT ’26 Virtual Summit, where he’ll be sharing practical insights on Opportunities After SHS: Scholarships, Education and Beyond.

And just like that, READY OR NOT ’26 happened. ❤️

From the first conversation to the final session, this journey was made meaningful by every person who showed up, participated, shared, supported and believed in the vision.

To our speakers, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences.

To our host, thank you for bringing energy, warmth and professionalism to the summit.

And to every participant, thank you for showing up ready to learn, ask questions and prepare for what lies ahead.

READY OR NOT was created with one purpose: to help young people look beyond the classroom and prepare for the real world.

This may be the end of the summit, but it’s only the beginning of the journey.

Thank you for being part of READY OR NOT ’26.
