Junior classes at Evolve are now open to the public💥

All you need to get started is a sturdy pair of training shoe and a drink. A gum shield will be needed to take part in any tech-sparring/sparring.
Gloves can be provided. If you are wearing hand wraps it would be ideal if you have these already done before the session starts.

My aim is to make the Monday session prioritise boxing fitness. This will involve a lot of bag work, bodyweight training, core work and stretching.
The priority of Wednesdays session will be more around the basics of boxing. Balance, footwork, punching technique and defence to oncoming punches. This will be achieved through drilling the basics using shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills and tech sparring.
Thursdays session will usually be based on sparring providing enough suitable people are available.

A lot has changed at @evolveboxing.sandc over the last 12 months with more improvements coming ..

Nelson fights for the Youth Commonwealth Super Featherweight title on January 24 at the Co-op Arena, Manchester.
