Pilates & Prosecco was such a dope event! Thank you for this experience of pilates, sculpt, Prosecco (bc we're grown lol), movement, the event space and all the small details that matter! Thank you to @nikarielle for a lovely, modern & well thought out event, @tia_cherie__ of @pilatesandpoise for leading a very effective class, @hydeandseekbk for the food (especially the tasty pasta), @moringaboost for the healthy drinks & all the hands that played a part in making this happen. Can't wait for the next one! 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

P.S. also shout out to @premedaprez for posting this lovely event on his stories; connecting one person at a time! by @evolvebyt
