Celebrate 3 years of Evolve all week long!

Three years of Evolve calls for a full week of celebrating from Oct 12-16! From classes and community moments to special anniversary events and pop-ups, we have a lot planned. Save this schedule, choose your day, and come celebrate with us!

🌸 Monday 10/12: Pilates & Petals

Take class, then build your own bouqet. We’re setting up a flower bar in the studio during the 9:30am, 10:30am, and 11:30am classes. Pick your stems and walk out with something beautiful.

🥂 Tuesday 10/13: Pilates, Prosecco, & Pellegrino

Grab your crew. We’re debuting Total Body + FLOW with Alyssa at 6:30pm, and we’re making it a party. You get 40 minutes of intense, full-body burn on the X-Former, then 10 minutes of deep stretching with a cool face towel to bring it all back down. Come for the killer workout, then stay to toast with your friends.

☕️ Wednesday 10/14 : Coffee Cart Pop-Up

@thewashingtoncafesc is bringing their mobile coffee cart to the studio for the 9:30am, 10:30am, and 11:30am classes. Grab your coffee on the way in or out!

💎 Thursday 10/15: Permanent Jewelry Pop-Up

@linkdcharleston is popping up during the 9:30am, 10:30am, and 11:30am classes. Take a class, then leave with a piece you’ll never take off.

🎉 Friday 10/16: 3 Year Anniversary

We’re celebrating in the studio throughout the day with:

@mtpleasant_wellness - anti-gravity chair sessions and compression recovery.

@saltyrhode - the cutest pop-up boutique.

@mtp.nutrition - recharge with their energy teas!

Be sure to book your classes now - each class has 10 spots!
