Rooftop sundowners for @evolvescapes ending their 5 day Ibiza retreat on a high!

We took them on a sensory journey with 4 signature cocktails crafted for the occasion ⤵️

Starting with a welcome Ibiza spritz using fresh peaches, handpicked wild rosemary, local White Vermouth & Cava.

Followed with the soothing Golden Antidote with Gin, cold pressed ginger, chamomile tea, honey & kombucha.

Post BBQ dinner by @nourishibiza where we served our Adaptogenic Espresso.

Finished with the seasonal inspired Pomarita — Tequila, cold pressed pomegranate, coconut water, hibiscus & lime 🌺

IBIZA, DIFFERENTLY ☀️

There are some weeks that are difficult to put into words.

Ibiza was one of them.

Five days of movement, adventure, incredible food, long conversations, laughter, new experiences and moments we’ll remember for a very long time.

But more than any itinerary, it was the people who made it.

To every woman who chose to spend these five days with us thank you. For arriving with an open mind, throwing yourselves into every experience, supporting one another and bringing the most incredible energy to the week. Watching friendships form and seeing everyone experience Ibiza in their own way was very special.

And to the wonderful people and local businesses who became part of our Escape thank you for sharing your time, talent and a little piece of your island with us.

We came here wanting to show a different side of Ibiza.

One shaped by movement, nature, culture, connection, flow and evolution.

We left with full hearts, hundreds of photographs, a lot of stories and even more belief in what Evolv Escapes is becoming.

Ibiza, you were everything. Until next time.

Our visit to @oranjaibiza definitely set the tone for the week ahead 🧡 incredible session with @nomeheat 🙌🏻

It’s been an epic trip so far, and we’re loving every moment. Movement, connection, incredible people and some very special Ibiza experiences — exactly what Evolv Escapes is all about.

A UK forest escape worth knowing about 🌲

I’m always drawn to places that make it easy to slow down without trying too hard and Callow Hall was one of those.
Treehouse accommodations alongside a beautiful manor hall tucked into the Derbyshire woodland, locally sourced food, countryside on the doorstep and a wellness space woven into the stay. Sauna, cold water, red light, movement schedule including Yoga and Sound Meditation.… then back through the trees to switch off.

It reminded me that some of the best escapes don’t require a flight or a complicated itinerary. Sometimes they’re much closer to home.

It’s been a while since I shared the Lithuania Escape, time has a funny way of speeding up towards the end of summer ❄️

In 123 days, we’ll be heading into the Lithuanian forest staying in a National Park on a frozen lake for something a little different and extremely special 💫

Five nights to move, breathe, reset and connect.
