Activewear should fit women. Women should not have to fit activewear brands.
That’s the standard we built the Resolute Collection around — and we’re not changing it.
Every piece was designed for real bodies, real life, and every stage in between. Because confidence shouldn’t depend on what size you are today.
Real women. Real bodies. Real confidence. 💜

I’ve been loving how this @evolving_prowess set fits into my everyday routine, whether I’m at home or heading out for a walk.

There are some things I will never compromise on when it comes to designing activewear. These are just a few ⬇️

🤸‍♀️ Functionality over everything
🧎‍♀️‍➡️Quality fabric designed for real movement
❌ No front seams, EVER!

Which of these 3 is your biggest activewear dealbreaker? Let me know below!

Real talk for anyone currently in the founder trenches 🫡

When you start a business, it’s easy to focus on where you thought you’d be by now. But in reality, building a business is not linear. You will have to get very used to pivoting. Your product line will change, your launch dates will shift, and your learning curve will be steep.

These are just a few of the things that I have learned while creating Evolving Prowess. Comment below if you can relate or have any questions.

A reminder that your body doesn’t have to stay the same for you to feel good in your clothes!

Bodies change. Life changes. Your needs change.

Your activewear should be able to change with you. No waiting for the “right” body. No working toward a version of yourself you think you’re supposed to be.

Here’s to feeling good in the body you’re in, today. 💜

If I had to pick just one favourite piece from the new line, it’s easily this one-shoulder sports bra! 👀

We designed this to bridge the gap between super stylish and actually practical for your workouts snd every day life.

The launch date is officially this month! We’re just ironing out a few website hiccups behind the scenes to make sure the launch is seamless. 😌
