Hey to my lovely new followers 🥰
I thought I’d introduce myself properly!

I’m Kim 36, mum of 3 amazing kids (ages 9, 6 & 3) and a little boy who lives in my heart 👼🏻. A military wife, currently living in Wiltshire, but forever a Northerner at heart!

Music is my therapy, and I honestly dread to check how many hours I’ve racked up on Spotify 🎶 I collect vinyl and have a soft spot for the Pop Girlies especially Taylor Swift (seen her 3 times, and yes, my friends call me 💫obsessed💫 🤣).

I’ve been on Mounjaro since February after years of yo-yo dieting, and I share my journey here for accountability and connection with others on a similar path. It’s become a lovely outlet for me while I’m home with my toddler and I love having this space to be real, reflect, and cheer others on too 🩵

I look like a deer in headlights because think my body is in shock at being out for a morning run. Not a morning runner and never will be one 🤣 but sometimes needs must right!
What do you prefer? Mornings or evenings??

Wave of Light 🕯️

One thing I haven’t really spoken about on this page is my Zachary, our little boy who was born fast asleep 11 years ago. This evening is the international Wave of Light at 7pm. Please join us tonight at 7pm in lighting a candle in memory of Zachary and all babies and children who have fallen asleep too soon. We join together to light up the sky for the Wave of Light to acknowledge the end of Baby Loss Awareness Week.
