每天从早忙到晚，💼
还要应付各种人际关系，😵‍💫
有时候，连好好喘口气的空间都没有。

看着别人过着「理想生活」✨
你心里也会忍不住想：
“为什么不是我？”

于是我决定——暂停一下 ⏸️
给自己一场不赶时间的旅行 🌿
也给内心一个机会，好好对话。

我才发现，
真正的转变，不是逃避或远走，
