🇬🇭🔥 National Record Alert in Düsseldorf! 🔥🇬🇭

Evonne Britton stormed to gold at the ISTAF Indoor Düsseldorf finals, clocking a blistering 7.99s in the 60m hurdles 🏆⚡ — a new Ghanaian national record!

She becomes the 4th Ghanaian athlete to break a national record this season 🚀

📝 Stat Note:
You might notice Evonne’s lifetime PB is faster (7.86s). However, that mark was set while she was representing the USA. Since performances do not automatically convert to national records after an allegiance switch, today’s 7.99s stands as the official national record for Ghana 🇬🇭✔️

History made. Momentum building. 🔥

🚧HURDLE SERIES PART 1…..

Calling all beginner hurdlers. Here is part 1 of my hurdle series I’ll be doing to help improve hurdle technique.

- If you struggle with your tail leg hitting the hurdle or coming out wide when you hurdle this is a great drill to help you improve your technique.

- These can be done 2-3 times for 10 reps.

This man would not stop looking at me every few minutes on my flight to Poland. I was smiling at first but then it just got annoying and creepy… like dude really kept staring. I try not to be rude but he should have just taken a picture it would have lasted longer 🤣

throughly confused on why she involved herself in women’s sports. No shade but she isn’t even an athlete just someone overly sexual which is fine, but leave the sports to the actual athletes. As we would say in T&F stay in your lane babe girl🤔
