Well it finally happened! I’ve become an old senior sorority girl who can’t shut up about how sad she is to have to ever grow up!

Where to start! I owe the entire 180ing of my college experience to Maddie Nguyen and SigKap.

When you’ve gotten it wrong so many times, it sometimes becomes hard to imagine yourself ever getting it right. I kept swinging and missing, trying to find my place in the world. My weird, lonely, frustrated, lost little 18 year old self. And there was doubt. There was uncertainty. There was a lot of sadness and grief and dwindling self esteem.

She knew not even an ounce of the goodness that was heading her way.

Take the leap! Do the thing that terrifies you! People will surprise you, places will surprise you. You may even surprise yourself.

A decision that filled me with a regret too deep to understand at the time ended up being the one that allowed me to blossom. Change is uncomfortable yet temporary. Risk is scary but fleeting. The relationships built, parts of myself explored, and the memories made in this house are forever and ever.

This one is for those who are loud and spontaneous, who say the wrong thing and can’t exist without laughter. Girls who feel like they take up too much space in every room. There is space for you. Truly, I found it, and here is my proof.

Man oh man I love you Manhattan and everything you’ve done for me! Real love in SK baby!!!!!!!!!!!🕊️🕊️🕊️ by @evynroberts
