Being on the road means freedom to me. Lukas and I have had our camper since 2017, and that same year we went on our first road trip through the Balkans. Portugal, Italy, Austria and many other places followed. There is something about waking up somewhere beautiful, having no plans and knowing you don’t have to be anywhere. Just the two of us, sharing a few square metres, sometimes for weeks. And believe me, camper life is not a holiday in a hotel or a cute bungalow. It’s constant cleaning, organising, moving things around, putting them back and cleaning again. But somehow, this is exactly where I find the greatest joy. Here is our old camper, which we’ve rebuilt about five times over the years. It has taken us to so many beautiful places, and I still wouldn’t trade this way of travelling for anything. And my absolute favourite part? Morning coffee in bed with a view of a lake. Nothing beats that. #camperlife #roadtrip by @ewa_tomko

I’ve been working as a freelancer for over eight years now, and along the way I’ve experienced both sides of it. I’ve worked on some truly wonderful projects, but I’ve also had projects that remain unpaid to this day, with one case currently in court. I’ve worked across many different fields, from music and books to festivals and events, but this project feels different to me. I believe marketing is a powerful tool. Unfortunately, so much of it today is focused on one thing: making us consume more. With ILO, I feel like we are doing something different. I’ve been working with @ilo.concept for quite some time now, and what makes this brand special to me is not only the products, but the values behind them. Taking time for yourself. Small everyday rituals. Scents that can change the atmosphere of a moment. Things that might sound simple, but somehow feel more important than ever in the world we live in today. We are not simply selling products. We are offering small moments. A reason to stop for a second, take care of yourself and make a little more space for yourself in everyday life. And I think time might be one of the most precious things we have today. Welcome to the world of ILO. A world born from the heart. P.S.
