Today is a big day for our family. 💚 Celebrating with EWG. Four C&O products are now EWG Verified®: Body Butter, Hand Cream, Man Balm, and Soothing Magnesium Butter. I want to explain why this matters so much to us. Anyone can put "clean," "natural" or "non-toxic" on a label. There is no one checking those words. EWG Verified® works the other way around. A brand has to open everything up: every ingredient, every formula, how it's made. Then an independent team reviews all of it against EWG's standards. Nothing gets to hide behind a nice word on the front of the jar. Look at the back of most lotions, and the first ingredient is water. Ours starts with tallow, our highest-percentage ingredient. It's grass-fed, and our formulas are 100% waterless. That's why this community means so much to us. You're the people who flip the bottle over, read the back first, and ask, "What is this, really?" We've been that person at our own kitchen table. It's the reason C&O exists, and it's why we wanted our products to hold up to that kind of scrutiny. Getting here took a lot of work, a lot of questions, and a lot of patience from a lot of people.
