Ready for stasera @ewsaa_ pop up da @spaziomanifesta_ dalle 18.00 🖤
Luci supporter @andrea_eusebi by @ewsaa_

@ewsaa_ is the project of twin sisters @kkeewa and @saridre.

Founded in 2019, it explores form, matter, and design through ceramics, where each piece is shaped by an intuitive and hands-on process.

The name itself — a cryptic fusion of Iva and Sara — reflects their approach: open to interpretation, slightly elusive, and rooted in a sense of play. While Iva focuses on the making, embracing the experimental and tactile dimension of ceramics, Sara shapes the project’s direction, building connections across disciplines — from hospitality to fashion.

Together, they expand the object beyond its function, imagining new contexts and experiences.

I met @saridre at a dinner last year, she’s one half of @ewsaa_ and turns out I’d already been DMing her sister @kkeewa about a collab. Then on a trip to Rome, I walked into their exhibition and came home with two vases.
Ewsaa ceramics are not trying to be perfect, same as my Cosmos Murano glass flowers.
