Throwback Thursday!!

This was my original review for Vesselless back at the end of 2025. Not much has changed since I reread it in preparation for reading the Merciless ARC except I'm even more obsessed! I have read a lot of fantasy/romantasy and this series is a standout for so many reasons. Do yourself a favor and add it to your tbr immediately! Merciless comes out 2/2/27 and trust me, you will want to be ready.

My review for Tempest by Victoria Aveyard.

Have you read it? Did it fulfill all your pirate dreams?

Not mentioned in my review: I think it's possible the sequel may have more spice which is why it's not being pushed as YA.
I was really hoping for a lot of fun Jack Sparrowesque banter and it was not there. Maybe my expectations are what ruined it for me.
