Lately I’ve had struggles and been trying to heal.. I find myself not living .. just focused on trying to heal the hurt so I can smoke.. but then I thought sometimes we’re so caught up in yesterday’s pain and tomorrow’s uncertainty that even when there are beautiful moments happening, it can be hard to fully embrace them.

Watching this video reminded me that water teaches us a few things. One is that change doesn’t happen all at once. It patiently shapes even the hardest stones, simply by continuing to flow.

Maybe we need to give ourselves that same patience.
We don’t have to have everything figured out or be completely healed to let ourselves enjoy the beauty that still exists around us.

Life doesn’t have to be perfect for the moments within it to be meaningful.
Don’t forget to be here for them.

But somewhere between traffic, tourists, and the thousands of golden aspen leafs, I realized… maybe keeping your inner peace isn’t about avoiding the chaos, rather it may just be about learning what really deserves a reaction

After being left behind enough times, the loneliness can feel less like a circumstance and more like an identity.

To heal that, you have to stop measuring your worth by who stayed, and try to start believing there are people you haven’t found yet. Also try and remember that being misunderstood by the wrong people, doesn’t mean you’ll never be understood by the right ones.

When life feels heavy, I try to remember the good times—the places I’ve been, the memories I’ve made, and all the experiences that remind me there’s still so much life to live. ✨

Sometimes we just need to look back and remind ourselves that life is bigger than the things we are hurting over right now.

I’ve met so many amazing people through this community, and I’m really grateful for every random conversation, new friendship, and memory along the way.

Sometimes you just have to put yourself out there and see who you meet. sometimes you’ll run into people who you never meet again sometimes you make friendships that burn bright and hot, but fizzle out fast… then sometimes you find people who you hope you have with you for a lifetime ✨🖤

Silfra was absolutely unreal — crystal-clear water, underwater cliffs, and the kind of experience that makes you question whether you’re actually on Earth. 🇮🇸✨

3 Fun fact about the waters in Silfra:
- Water temps steady between 2°C to 4°C(35°F to 39°F)
- Water clarity is tied for the clearest waters in the world with only 2 other places. (Underwater visibility in Silfra often exceeds 100 meters (330 feet)
- Waters have a long filtration route from the Langjökull glacier. (It takes 30 to 100 years to filter through underground porous lava rock before reaching the fissure)
