You may have noticed things look a little different around here… 🤍

Over the last little while, I’ve been reflecting on what I want this space to represent and where I want to devote my energy moving forward. With that came the decision to clear the page and create a fresh slate — one that feels more aligned with this next chapter of Energy By Her.

While I’ve enjoyed creating and sharing my products, over time they no longer felt as aligned with me as they once did. What continues to resonate with me most is Reiki and creating a space where others can find peace, restoration and healing.

And so, I’m so excited to introduce Exhala Wellness Studio — the next chapter of Energy By Her.

Exhala means “exhale,” and the name represents exactly how I want this space to feel. No matter what you may be carrying when you walk through the door — big, small, or nothing at all — I want this to be a place where you can slow down, breathe, find a sense of peace and simply exhale.

Moving forward, Reiki will be the primary focus of this page and my practice.

You’ll still see a small piece of where Energy By Her began — my remaining handmade crystal bracelets will be available until sold out, and sage bundles will continue to be offered by request and seasonally. 🌿

So while the page may look a little emptier right now, it’s intentional. A fresh slate, a clearer vision, and a space that feels more like me.
