Texas Blessings keep reigning down from God above 🙌🏻🙌🏻 We are both thrilled, excited, scared and everything in between for our first little bundle of joy to arrive early 2027! Excited for our last months as just the two of us and the 4 fur kiddos, but excited to start training our child for the 2040 CrossFit Games 😂🤣🫶🏻 #pregnancy #miracle #babyannouncement #roguefitness #momanddad taken in Justin, Texas by @exiled.caleb

Had to update a few things on our ‘About Us’ page, now we are just working on our “Y’all”. Blessed in this new season of life surrounded by so many new and amazing people, looking back at 2025 to where we are now, it is hard not to believe that God always has a plan, it is usually just up to us to not screw it up 🤷🏻‍♂️👨🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳 taken in Justin, Texas by @exiled.caleb

The bane of my existence is dealing with shit companies and wondering how they are allowed to still operate, thanks be to God for all the patience I have prayed for these past couple years, as well as working in customer service myself. Now that I am in Texas I feel like I should record all of these conversations and let y’all hear what @dexcomcanada @mein_dexcom have to say about all of this. It has gotten so piss poor that their own USA based instagram account has me restricted/blocked as to not let me tag them on anything I have to say, maybe y’all can help a brother out 🤷🏻‍♂️. Regardless, stay away from Dexcom in all capacities, they put profits before patients, their President has the fakest foreword on their call in support line, and honestly if the @fda didn’t alledgedly accept lobby money from them, less people would be in danger and be living less stressed lives. Shame on Dexcom. #t1d #dexcom #diabetes #fda #ilovelamp by @exiled.caleb

Anyone else getting tired of seeing people be conned into buying products that are not what they claim to be?
Be careful who and what you listen to when it comes to your food. Not every “clean ingredient” business understands how macronutrients work. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Fantastic weekend at the @bcsclassic for the first time.

12th out of 21 teams for M/F RX with 500+ total teams at the event and even more at the qualifier, huge win. We beat all our expectations on each workout despite shredding my hands open in the first event🫠

I really enjoyed the venue, the workouts, vendors, and most of all the people. I cannot believe the amount of connections I’ve made over the years and it felt like everyone was all there at the same time.

When @swolelikesmith floated me the idea for us to compete, I basically broke my toe that day by dropping 135 lbs on it in a workout. Then waited til last 60 hours of the qualifier to cram all 4 workouts in with less than ideal circumstances🤣

Then after we qualified for Rx, she found out she was pregnant! I don’t think we ever even talked about it more than one time “you still wanna do it?” Yeah.

She’s a beast, she fought so hard this weekend while being 16 weeks pregnant, and special shoutout to @exiled.caleb for chauffeuring, cooking, and taking care of us all weekend💪

My two takeaways:
1. Get better at gymnastics stamina. I’m good with total volume, but need to increase capacity per set. How to be comfortable with 50 ft HSW instead of just 25 ft per round, 29 Bar MU at a time instead of 5-10, stuff like that. I guess we’ll be seeing some more chippers soon at @crossfitoyl 😎
2. The @crossfit community is alive and well. I do think think I’ve ever seen a stronger CrossFit community than I did this weekend with connections from higher level athletes to spectators, sponsors, and athletes of all ages. I’m excited to still be a part of it and continue to spread the goods news of CrossFit to all!
