Went for a 2D1N staycation at @rafflesmarina with my family yesterday, my mum's friend told me that there is an event before I arrived at the hotel but I had no idea what it was until I entered the lobby area and was greeted by so many cosplayers just before I checked in at the hotel! 😱😱😱😱😱 To be honest I was totally unprepared for it as this had caught me completely by surprise! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 After checking the Facebook page of the hotel I then realised that my staycation actually coincides with a cosplay festival happening at the same time as my stay at the hotel so what a way to kickstart a staycation! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 #raffles #hotel #lobby #reception #cosplay #cosplaying #cosplaygirl #cosfest #cosplaycon #comicon #anime #cosplayphotography #cosplayphoto #festival #celebration #OMG #what #surprise #staycation #wow #amazing #socool #lovedit #crazy #weekend #august #2022 taken in Raffles Marina by @exileepiphany13

2025: My Year of Unforgettable Live Experiences, Travel & Memories 🌟
From the 1st concert to the last big event, 2025 was unforgettable. I kicked things off with @duttypaul 🎶 and the energy never stopped. I watched tense finals in tennis and basketball, cheered at @wta, @fiba3x3, @sgrugby7s and netball, and felt the thrill of live sports.
I sang along to @ladygaga, @jasonderulo, @thechainsmokers, @bep, @mariahcarey and @blackpinkofficial. Watching @ladygaga perform “Shallow” made me emotional 🥲. Getting up close with Danny O’Donoghue during @thescriptofficial concert was unreal. @dualipa and @blackpinkofficial are the only artists I went for 2 nights — worth every second.
✨ Travel was a huge highlight. 2 trips to Expo 2025 Osaka 🇯🇵, visiting 77/90 pavilions and collecting 200+ passport stamps. From the trampoline at Luxembourg Pavilion, an opera singer at Hungary Pavilion, the McLaren helmet at Bahrain Pavilion, to the best bibimbap, ginseng chicken soup and best nyeongmyeon I’ve ever had at the Korea Pavilion 🍜 — I never wanted to leave 😭.
Other highlights: Pop Air Balloon Museum, Disney On Ice, Machu Picchu VR Experience, Alice into the New World Exhibition, and a Huntr/x tribute performance live at Singapore Comic Con. Momo Koyama's electrifying dance performance as a judge at Super 24 Dance Finals 💃⚡ was a real show-stopper! 💯
Sports moments stayed with me. Team Spain performing “Everybody” and “Abracadabra” at the Artistic Swimming Team Free & Acrobatic Finals during World Aquatics Championships 🤽‍♂️😭. Watching high divers jump from the 20m platform at Palawan Green, Sentosa was truely jaw-dropping! 😱 I joined the WAC 2025 roadshow, spent weeks at GetActive @ The Kallang, collected 300 coins, and felt the athleticism, teamwork and energy long after.

🏅 2025 is truly a GOLDEN year for me!!! 🏆✨

Still processing the absolute fever dream that was F1 weekend! 🏎️🎶

Saturday (The Grind & The Barrier): Queued at Gate 3B from 11 AM through the afternoon rain, but hard work paid off — we scored front-row barrier at the Padang Stage! The mosh pit heat was no joke, but the concert community is truly unmatched. Shoutout to the sweetest Zara fan and her sister who noticed I was feeling off, gave me sweets, and literally got me an ice-cold 100PLUS 🍬🥤 You guys genuinely saved my night! 🥺🥺🥹🥹🥹

Zara & The Killers: Zara Larsson was an absolute powerhouse live, and screaming Mr. Brightside from the barrier with Brandon Flowers right in front of us made every single hour of standing completely worth it 🇸🇪🇺🇲 🎸✨

Sunday (The Emotional Wrecking Ball): The pre-race hype was already insane with James Arthur singing Impossible, Rewrite the Stars, and Say You Won't Let Go in front of a massive crowd 🎤✨ Then came Lana Del Rey, who completely ruined me in the best way possible despite me not even being a hardcore fan. Hearing Young and Beautiful, Video Games, Stars Fell on Alabama, Chemtrails over the Country Club, and that emotional second half of Ocean Blvd echo across the field under the night sky had me sobbing uncontrollably 😭😭✨

A massive, heartfelt thank you to the Singapore GP organizers for putting together easily one of the best entertainment lineups I’ve witnessed in years! 🏆 That said, standing out there made me realize how brutal the heat and humidity can get—I even passed feedback to one of the security guards suggesting that organizers install water mist fans and air purifiers near the gate entrances for future years to keep queuing fans safe! 💨💧

My first concert after nearly 6 months of inactivity! Saw @debbiegibson at the balcony section 2 years ago and I got to watch her perform at a front row on the floor area this time! 🥺 Very surprised she did a cover of Espresso by @sabrinacarpenter during the finale and it was so good that I also finally got to meet my fellow swiftie @cherrylynnaval after the show was over! 🥹

OMG, I can't believe it has been EXACTLY 10 years today since I saw the one and only @selenagomez!!!!! 🙀🤍 I remember it so clearly — it was just months after my polytechnic graduation and I was balancing life as a fresh grad and a part-timer. 😫
Seeing her perform live in Singapore for the first time was an absolute dream, but little did I know that the Revival Tour would be her final concert tour before her lupus diagnosis and her shift to focusing on films and her incredible @rarebeauty empire! 😭😭💔
Selfishly, my heart breaks thinking about it. While I know she has found so much success and happiness in other things, part of me will always hope she’ll change her mind and return to the stage for a new tour one day. Though I know that’s probably just wishful thinking! 🥺💔✨
