A small and loud minority dropped me a lot of DMs, I am not talking about the comments in my last posts. This is for you guys - I am not hiding.

Let’s say ok, apparently I am to … let’s say mentally restricted to fully understand the magical „new“ or „real 30m“ and I am also not able to understand the official press statement - that undoubtedly states that Patek has tested the watches with exactly 3 bar overpressure. In consequence this means that according to the „new magical 30m violating some laws of physics“ water resistance I can go diving with a rose gold 5205R!

Come one 😂. Patek has f***** up the communication and they should correct it.

PS: I promise that’s the last post on it.

So it’s out! Thanks @jan_ba96 for digging it out of the press releases. For me it seems that Patek has invented its own kind of physical laws regarding water resistance. Tested at 3 bar allows for swimming and other water activities? … I have a strange feeling about this statement 🤣.

It’s a repost from my recent story so that everyone can see it after the 24h retention period and share it.
Thanks to @jan_ba96 for bringing it to my attention. Many people have wrote me that it was not always 3bar or 30m. I don’t know it this is an mistake but if it’s real and a Hommage (swipe left) has 5bar water resistant you have truly f***ed up Patek.

Let me know what you think about it.

PS: The Hommage/fakes name can be translated to „woodpecker and sons“ 🤣
