Binge eating, over eating, emotional eating gone. Health anxiety and too many mystery symptoms to count, gone. Very regular cycle.Very happy to be on the beach 🦄Peri meno what? (There have been ALOT of changes don’t get me wrong - but I know how to use them to my advantage 🙃🤌)When I learned how to shed the weight of allll the SHAME I had been carrying around for sooooo long… I didn’t expect I would land here…I seriously pinch myself that I get to feel this good (+ love the way I look as an extra special bonus ✨) Absolutely no restrictive eating or excising of any kind…. NO obsessing over what to eat, when to eat, how to exercise etc. (I actually don’t even know how much I weigh - I can’t remember the last time I looked…I definitely couldn’t tell you what a macro is?)I just listen to and follow what my body tells me. I have worked out what works for me. I don’t always get it ‘right’ Sometimes my body speaks more loudly to me But there is soooooo much freedom and lightness hereI did have to do a few key energetic things: 🔮 I shifted identities to the RADIANT WOMAN - the one who no longer runs from herself and who prioritises high level of self care, nourishment, lightness and ease in all that she does - and so my habits just tend to naturally reflect this. 🔮 I had to face all of the ways I had been avoiding myself… and learn to dissolve the heaviness of the shame, and FEEL all of the emotions I hadn’t been letting myself feel instead of using food/exercise as distractions. 🔮 I had to rebuild consistent connection + trust with my body. I used to really fear being unwell, and would create patterns and cycles of illness without even realising 😳. Learning to trust in my body’s natural ability to heal anything and have vitality as the default has been a serious GAME CHANGER. Feeling this good in your body is just one of the magic elements in the mid-ish life cult I’m summoning.
