There are wedding days that unfold exactly as planned, and then there are the ones that become even more beautiful because they don’t.

For Audrianna and Alex, we watched the weather closely as the day moved between pockets of sunshine and passing rain. They stayed completely in the moment with each other, with their people, and with everything happening around them.

After their ceremony, private vows & champagne were shared in a Rolls-Royce for a few quiet moments of their own before returning to their reception.

Guests gathered around a whiskey bar and had personalized gifts engraved. It was simply a beautiful day that belonged entirely to them and that’s exactly what I love most about documenting weddings.

The little moments, the weather, the people, the in-between spaces, the things you never planned for but will remember forever.

Audrianna + Alex, what a privilege it was to be there and to capture your wedding day! 🤍

Newlyweds Kim and Sean turned @chicagoathletichotel into a day that will never be forgotten.

Their aesthetic was timeless and classic - a black and white palette elevated by dreamy anemone florals from @xodesign_co. Every detail felt effortlessly elegant, thanks to the incredible team who brought their vision to life, led by @experience_simplicitee and all the creative partners who poured their talent into this celebration.

It’s peony season, and I’m here for it!! We used “Bowl of Cream” for Emily and Alex, and dang if I didn’t nail the absolutely perfect timing on these blooms opening. 💅

Moment of appreciation. 🙌🏻

This wedding at the @fairliechicago was over two years ago, and the crazy thing is I can still remember and FEEL every moment like it was yesterday! That’s on timeless wedding photos 😉😉😉

Even though my business looks a little different today than it did for Natalia and Sam, the heart, passion, and care behind every wedding has stayed the exact same and that’s why your images will stand the test of time, every time. Stunning classic portraits, guided editorial wowza moments, heartfelt candids, and “I didn’t even know that moment was happening” all balanced in your wedding gallery forever is exactly how I like to serve you and your loved ones. 🥰🥰🥰

Your wedding day doesn’t need to fit a trend 🤍 The candid laughter, the genuine tears, the moments that happen when you forget the camera’s even there. Those are the moments you’ll want to look back on in 20 years, so make sure they feel like you ✨

This moment really got me.

Becky and David’s moms started the ceremony with a toast to the dads (their husbands), who couldn’t be there but whose presence was still very much felt. And somehow it didn’t feel super heavy, it just felt really genuine.

Honestly, I think it was the way they did it together. You can tell they’re actually close and the families just mesh and have each other’s backs. David’s mom forgetting to actually cheers them also helped 😅😂
