When incredible people come together...

for something bigger than themselves, something truly magical happens! ❤️

Pink Apron was an unforgettable evening filled with love, generosity, meaningful connections, and so much incredible energy!

We are beyond grateful to everyone who came together to make this night so special. People from all walks of life united for one purpose, to celebrate life and make a difference in the fight against cancer.

Together, we raised thousands of dollars for the American Cancer Society, kicking off the Men Wear Pink campaign in honor of Aunt Mary, whose life and legacy inspired this beautiful evening. ❤️

A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors, restaurants, chefs, beverage partners, and everyone who helped bring Pink Apron to life. And a special thank you to Lauren Backe for her incredible dedication in making this all happen!

This is just the beginning! This is the first of many posts celebrating Pink Apron. We'll be sharing more beautiful moments, unforgettable memories, and special recognition for all the amazing sponsors and partners who made this possible.

When we come together with love and purpose, we can truly make a difference. ❤️

Our sponsors deserve nothing but the best! ❤️

What a beautiful evening on the lake celebrating the people who make it all possible!

The night before Pink Apron, Mintaka hosted our Magical Sunset Cruise with 30 amazing guests (mostly our sponsors) aboard a beautiful yacht from Signature Yachts.

We truly appreciate every one of our sponsors!

Without their generosity and continued support, none of these events would be possible.

We believe in taking care of those who support us, and we will always do our best to make sure our sponsors feel appreciated and valued.

A huge thank you to Brad Smith and Ben, of Signature Yachts, for making this special evening possible.

To all our sponsors, thank you for believing in Mintaka and everything we do. We couldn't do it without you! ❤️

THIS is what world class hospitality actually looks like. 🤍

And last night reminded me exactly why BOKA Restaurant Group continues to be my absolute favorite restaurant group in Chicago.

From the moment we walked into GINGIE, the team knew my name, knew I don’t eat gluten, remembered my preferences, and made every single one of the 26 Orion3 family members with me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

That is hospitality. That is culture. And THAT is why I continue to choose BOKA.

🍽️ Some of the absolute best food in Chicago

🤍 Genuine, personal hospitality

🍸 Incredible cocktails AND spirit free cocktails for people like me

👨‍🍳 Chef Brian Lockwood has done an INCREDIBLE job with this restaurant. The food, the experience, the attention to detail… all of it.

🙌 Huge shoutout to Kai, who remembered everything about me and my food preferences

And a massive thank you to Aidan for making this all happen and continuing to show me what world class hospitality is supposed to feel like.

A few of the Orion3 family kept the night going at Zarella afterward, which was the perfect ending to an incredible night. ❤️

GINGIE is officially my FAVORITE restaurant in Chicago. Period.

There will be a LOT more Orion3 dinners and personal dinners happening here.

Go experience GINGIE for yourself. You’ll understand why. ✨

Sold to new collectors with 100% proceeds benefitting the @americancancersociety at @experiencemintaka’s event last week at @cityhallchicagoevents. Favorite part for me is it was chosen by an amazing couple for their home. 🩷

Thank you for having me and my #heARTwork for such a lovely event, @bmathew7! Congrats on the success and wish you the best with this new venture. taken in City Hall Events by @experiencemintaka

There are some nights that pictures can capture.

And then there are nights you just had to be there for. ✨

Mintaka’s Dinner Under the Stars was one of those nights.

One long table. On a farm. Under the stars.

People from completely different backgrounds, industries and walks of life came together for one night, and none of that mattered.

We ate. We laughed. We connected. Strangers became friends.

And as we sat down for dinner, the sun literally started setting around us.

It was magical.

Rachel and the entire team at Locavore Farm created the most incredible setting. Chef Mat Meyer of Ansley Table absolutely crushed the food. Songwood Farm filled the table with beautiful dahlias. Windy City Limousines got everyone there and home safely. And Justin Jose somehow managed to capture the feeling of the night through these photos.

Thank you to all of our incredible sponsors and partners who helped us bring this experience to life, including:

Leopardo Construction, Caprock, Nouvie, Off Hours Spirits, Esprezcal, Ivy Hall, Mushroom Mench, and Inspiro Tequila.

But what I loved most was watching people who may have never crossed paths anywhere else sitting together, sharing a meal, having real conversations and leaving connected.

THAT is Mintaka.

Life. Light. Love.

We create experiences that bring people together in ways they will actually remember.

And guess what?

We’re doing it again. 🎄✨

December 4th, Mintaka is going back to Locavore Farm for a Christmas Dinner Under the Stars.

If this looks like the kind of night you wish you had been at, follow @experiencemintaka

Because you’re going to want to be at the next one. ✨

Friday night was one of those moments where I looked around and thought, wow, my vision is coming to life.

Beautiful setting, great people, incredible food, and music woven into the experience.

Really grateful to everyone who was part of it, thank you @bmathew7 for creating such an unforgettable experience through @experiencemintaka at @locavorefarm.

This one felt like a glimpse of what’s possible.
