One of Paris’ Most Intimate Restaurants, and one of my favorite addresses in the city.

Tucked inside Hôtel Experimental Paris, Temple et Chapon is one of those addresses where the atmosphere immediately sets the tone.

An intimate dining room, beautiful interiors and a refined approach to the experience make it feel like a little escape in the heart of Paris.

And the food is just as memorable.
Must-try: the lobster roll, the croque monsieur, and the Paris-New York dessert, a delicious finale to the meal.

One of those places I love: elegant, discreet and effortlessly inviting.

Roman-inspired and just the right amount of steam. Our indoor pool is where the day slows down.

Low light, something cold, deep conversation. The American Bar. where the night really starts. Saturdays, DJs take over.

Candlelight, white linen, and a little New York attitude in the heart of the Marais. Dinner at Temple & Chapon hits different.

Look closely.
The works of Clovis Retif unfold throughout Experimental Marais, leaving behind drawings, fragments, and stories waiting to be found.
