Laos is the most heavily bombed country in history—a heartbreaking reminder of the lasting impact of war. 🇱🇦

Between 1964 and 1973, millions of tons of bombs were dropped on Laos, and many unexploded ordnance still affect communities today. Despite this painful history, Laos remains a country of incredible beauty, resilience, and warm-hearted people.

May we never forget the past while appreciating the strength of those who continue to rebuild and thrive. ❤️

People of Laos, what a friendly and beautiful country🇱🇦 We were walking as the sun went down and the kid in the first photo just happened to stick his head through the fence which created a lovely frame with perfect gold backlight☀️
