hello, Cleveland 🤍

I didn’t picture this being my next chapter. Moving back to Ohio, starting over in a new city, and making a home on my own wasn’t exactly the plan.

Some days I feel excited. Some days I feel lonely. Sometimes both in the same night.

But little by little, I’m building a life that feels like mine. Learning that I can miss what I left and still look forward to what’s ahead.

THIS is how every workout should end 🩷

I spent the morning at The Spa at Yellow Creek trying their Gym + RE·MEDĒ recovery experience and it was seriously the best reset.

A workout followed by PEMF, HOCATT, a cold plunge and Normatec compression....My body felt AMAZING afterward!

Definitely one of my favorite wellness experiences I’ve tried lately 🤍

The staff was so sweet as well 🫶🏽
