This week’s #MoreToUsMonday gem is the Venturini Motorsports Heritage Museum in Concord, NC! 💎

🏁Racing history runs deep here! The new museum celebrates the winningest team in ARCA history and the Venturini family behind the wins! Bill Venturini is a two-time ARCA champ himself, and then went on to start Venturini Motorsports with his wife, Cathy.

👩‍🔧And Cathy was a trailblazer in her own right. While Bill was racing, Cathy started the first all-female pit crew in the ‘80s, helping pave the way for women in motorsports. The legacy continued with their daughter, well-known NASCAR broadcaster @wendy_venturini, who also has a spot in the museum.

🔥Check out the wall dedicated to the drivers who came through the highly-regarded Venturini Motorsports driver development program that son, Billy Venturini, grew. You may recognize some familiar NASCAR faces!

📱Best of all, the museum is FREE. Visit their website and call ahead to come see this incredible piece of racing history yourself!

Fall is in full swing and so is the fall festival at @deer.run.farm in Midland, NC! 🍂

🎃From now until the end of October, head to the farm for pumpkin picking, a corn maze, farm animals, fun slides and activities for every age!

🎟️Tickets are $12 and include hayride and corn maze admission. Ages 2 and under get in free! Pick your own flowers for $1 per stem, and pick your own pumpkins at 70 cents a pound.

Attention coffee lovers: get ready for Cabarrus in a Cup at the @explorecabarrus Visitor Center! ☕️

⭐️How it works: Each month, we’ll shine a light on a different local coffee shop. Swing by Monday-Friday for a complimentary cup of freshly brewed drip coffee from the shop and discover a hometown favorite you might not have tried yet!

📍Our first featured roaster is @localpatriotcoffee! Their Kannapolis shop has called downtown home since 2021! This month’s pour is their @earnhardtoutdoors medium dark roast. Love it? Take a bag of beans home with you from our gift shop, and while you’re at it, snag a mug from local artist @blessedjess.art!
