Meet Jeff Sellers, our VP of Business Development.

About 20 years in the RV industry. Most of it spent on the finance and insurance side, building F&I departments for dealerships. Enough time to see clearly what was working and what the industry had outgrown.

He met Dom at RVDA around three years ago, and the conversation kept circling back to one idea. Things needed to change. Something new had to be built. That was the beginning of The Happy Camper. by @explorehappycamper

There's an app for finding a technician now. There's an app for almost everything.

And sure, finding someone is a start. But if you've actually lived this, you know finding the tech was never where it fell apart.

It falls apart after. When the call ends and the phone goes quiet. When nobody tells you when they're coming, or if they're coming, or what happens next. When you're sitting on the step watching the sun drop, doing the math on how cold it's going to get.

Finding help is maybe ten percent of it. The other ninety is everything nobody thought to solve. The waiting. The silence. The being left alone with your own worst-case scenarios.

A search result can't sit with you in that. A search result can't tell you it's handled.
That's the part that should've been fixed a long time ago.

People ask where home is. Honestly, it depends on the week.

Some mornings it is pine trees. Some mornings it is the coast. It is wherever we parked it last night, and it is ours the second the door opens.

That is the part no one warns you about. Home stops being a place. It becomes something you carry.

You plan the perfect trip. Then something goes bump in the night.

Scott has spent thirty-five years around RVs, and he says the moments that go wrong are the ones that stay burned into your soul. At the time you want to scream. Looking back, it was the best part.

Best day of the year to be out there. 🇺🇸

Full tank, no plans, the whole country in front of you.

Only thing worth remembering: if something goes sideways today, you shouldn't have to figure out who to call on your own. The good news is the best RV brands are quietly building that in, so the answer comes to you instead of you chasing it.

Go make the memory. Let someone else hold the map.
