some rules i’m setting for myself this fall 🍁🍂

this years fall bucket list looks a little different. it doesn’t mean i’m not making all the fall soups or leaf-peeping but i don’t want to rush from one fall activity to another when my whole being is telling me to slow down.

as an INFJ, i cant help but share these recent thoughts 🙈 it’s a bit different from what i usually post but i dont want you to be surprised if some of my future content speaks more on this.

would love to know if you have any similar boundaries or rules for the fall? by @exploreourfieldnotes

it’s just a silly dogstagram 🐾

i never imagined getting to partner with brands i use on the daily - hard work and staying consistent really does pay off

if you saw me repost this no you didn’t 🙈 it’s my first time trying this clickable reel feature

Confessions of a micro-content creator 🙋🏻‍♀️

This post has been sitting in drafts for a bit. Wasn’t sure if it’d ever see the light of day but why not. Leave your confession in the comments? by @exploreourfieldnotes

I can hardly believe it’s been a whole week since our getaway with my family… and now we’re getting ready for our next trip (without the dogs 🥲).

We spent the nor’easter in a cozy airbnb in Berkeley Springs, WV over-eating, exploring nearby parks, and heading to town for their farmers market and spring water.

The dogs were absolutely spoiled over the weekend. They got attention from their fave aunt and uncle, an extra bite of ribeye, endless fetch in the backyard, and a bully stick to end each night. Mando was so excited to be around the family he did not sleep a wink and made sure to always be in the way at all times. by @exploreourfieldnotes

I am that person who sees something and thinks I can make it myself 😆 brick edition

As someone now working in marketing and creating content for fun on the side, I’m on my phone a lot and I didn’t realize how bad my habits were becoming until I noticed I was reaching for my phone first thing in the morning without even thinking.

here’s a breakdown of how I made my own brick:
$0.20 nfc sticker (you can find a roll of 50 stickers is under $10)
free foqus app for iPhone
built-in shortcuts app in iPhone
free toller phone holder print file from @makerworld_official
free 3D print (look into nearby public libraries - I have a library near me that allows 1 free print a week using your library card)

the only irony is I edited this video on my phone in the edits app so my screen time will take a hit 🙈 there’s a sound around the 50s mark that edits keeps adding and no matter what I do it keeps adding it when I export. by @exploreourfieldnotes
