A little sneak peek into what we’re building over here 👀🥎

Couldn’t be happier with this group of girls. We’re so blessed to have a group that can compete with each other, push each other, laugh together, and still create an environment where everyone feels supported. 🤍

For us, development isn’t just about taking reps on a softball field. We want to build the ATHLETE behind the softball player — stronger, quicker, more explosive, more confident and more comfortable competing.

Days like today are about learning how to work, how to compete, and how to push the person next to you while still cheering her on.

A little conditioning + agility and another day of getting better together with our sister team @explosion.mgblack12u 🤩

Build the athlete. Build the teammate. Build the competitor. 🥎💪🏼

So excited to watch this group grow this season. 💙🤍
