Earlier this week we wrapped up our trial week! Dancer got to go to each classes and see what they wanted to take for the semester. We’re so excited to start preparing our recital dances! 🤍

Last but certainly not least, our senior spotlight is @kymariclarkeee

Kymari is graduating with a major in Public Relations concentration and minor in Marketing

A message from Kymari: I am so grateful for Expressions and the opportunity to continue dancing throughout college. The friendships I got to build and grow through this club have been so rewarding. Thank you to all of the Expressions dancers for sharing this art and passion for dance with me!

After graduation Kymari plans to pursue a career is sports marketing!

Our next senior spotlight is @tina.finnell

Tina is graduating with a major in Middle Level Education with a concentration in English.

A message from Tina: “My time in Expressions has been unforgettable. I’ve been in the club for 7 semesters, and during that time I was given the opportunity to teach lyrical for three semesters, and hold the Secretary position for three semesters as well. This organization has given me a newfound love for dance, and friendships that I will cherish forever. I will miss you all so much!”

After graduation Tina plans to find a teaching position in the Lancaster area.

Our next senior spotlight is @madalyn.paige_

She is graduating with a major in Early Childhood Education and Minor in ESL.

A message from Maddie: I’ve been in Expressions for 8 semesters and have been the advanced jazz teacher for 6 semesters. Expressions has given me so much to be thankful for over these past four years. I will always cherish the bonds that I created and the opportunity to continue to dance in college.

After graduation Maddie will be moving to Frederick MD with her boyfriend. She will be working in an elementary school within the Frederick area!

Our next senior spotlight is @lillygcole

Lilly is graduating with a Bachelors in Art and a minor in psychology.

A message from Lilly: This was my first semester in expressions and sadly my last. I am so greatful for all the supportive and encouraging people I have met this semester. This club made me refind my love for dance, I am so thankful I got to be a part of it!

After graduation Lilly plans to work for Progressive Rehab, Brain Injury Rehabilitation. As well as start a Masters degree in Art Therapy!

Our next senior spotlight is @chloerayn_

Rayn in graduating with a Major in Anthropology and minor in Film Studies and Pre- Law.

A message from Rayn: “I have been in Expressions for 3 years now, 3 semesters as a teacher, 2 years on company, and 1 year as president. I have had so much time getting to know everyone in the club and have found so many lifelong friends because of Expressions. I joined Expressions at a time when I felt a little lost and behind my peers, but because of Millersville and Expressions I have been more motivated than ever. I am so grateful for my Expressions family and I am so sad to leave you all.“

After graduation Rayn plans to take a year break to prepare for the LSAT and spend a little more time in Pennsylvania with all of her friends before leaving for law school.
