THIS is how you do a Christmas party. 🥂🎄 And if last year was anything to go by, you already know what’s coming… The outfits, the awards, the entertainment and a dance floor that definitely won’t be empty. We’re doing it all again on 3rd December, and this year, we’re taking things up a notch. The final tickets are up for grabs, so if you haven’t got yours yet, now’s the time! Who’s ready for round two? 🔗https://expukevents.com/events/xmas-party-awards-night/ by @expukestateagents
A little London appreciation to see you into the weekend. 🇬🇧 Honestly, this city makes it very easy to fall in love. And if you needed another excuse to visit, eXpCon London is a pretty good one. Consider this a little Friday inspiration and a friendly nudge to book those tickets. Link in bio. ✨ by @expukestateagents
💷 £255,456 paid to 175 eXp UK agents this month, just for helping others build their business. Revenue share is one of the things people ask us about most, so here’s how it works. When you introduce a colleague to eXp UK and they join, you earn a share of eXp’s revenue from their sales. That continues for as long as you both work with us. And the best part? Your colleague doesn’t lose a penny. They keep their full commission, because the revenue share comes from eXp, not from them. It’s a simple idea. The agents who help others grow should share in the success they help create. by @expukestateagents
We may have taken AI a little too far… 🤖 Last week, our eXp agents got together in Hitchin for an AI Masterclass, and let’s just say it wasn’t your average training session. From ChatGPT and Claude to Grok and even building an app for lead generation, we explored just how much AI can do for estate agents. A little learning, a lot of experimenting, and some questionable creative decisions along the way. One thing’s for sure, AI isn’t going anywhere, and neither is our curiosity to see what we can do with it! by @expukestateagents
We’re running out of ways to tell you at this point. 🪩 The signs are EVERYWHERE, and we’re not exactly being subtle about it. The eXp Xmas Party is happening on 3rd December, and with only 50 tickets left, this is your cue to stop thinking about it and start booking. Consider this your sign. Again. GET THOSE TICKETS! 🔗https://expukevents.com/events/xmas-party-awards-night/ by @expukestateagents
🤔🤔🤔 Towards the of my time at Countrywide (not knowing) - I found it difficult to be inspired… 🤔 Why? I’d sit round a table in a weekly managers meeting with the same one or two people bringing ideas to the table! 🙈 It became more about who was winning the quarterly awards and the good managers quizzing the other managers on if their figures we’re correct - or had they been holding fall through’s back to show the ‘NET’ figure looking higher…..you know we all did it 😉🤣 I’d sit there doodling and more excited to have a gossip or a drink afterwards 😂 🫶 Take me back to my first EXP Road show in 2021 with some of the ‘OG’s’ where this guy Mark Bentley PPNAEA stood up to talk us through his knowledge of the industry and how his knowledge and contacts could help us succeed as a self employed agent! I was instantly fascinated by him and his love for the industry - well experienced, so caring, so calm and so passionate …. I sat at the front row….i didn’t doodle once - instead I made endless notes to take back and action 💪 👏 This was my first experience of being surrounded by people better than me…more knowledge and more experience…. 👏 This was free, this was enjoyable, this wasn’t forced….this was professionals in the industry offering out their knowledge - genuinely wanting others in the room to succeed! 🥹 To this day, I always look for Mark in the room. I could talk to him for hours and he still offers me advice! 💖 Going self employed and being part of exp is far from lonely - it allows you to have freedom on your own terms but surrounded by some of the best agents in this country who care about your success! To succeed - learn from the best, take note and action….💪 And….don’t forget to be thankful 🫶🏡🥹 by @expukestateagents
