I've been making desserts from the age of 12 & when I turned vegan in 2019! The ingredients I use have changed a lot! I've not only replace dairy with plant based milks but also cut down on refined flours & sugars replacing them with whole grain flours & unrefined brown sugar/ jaggery/ dates etc.. I love to experiment & make my own version of desserts! No copy paste recepies, just my mind & heart coming together to create a balance of healthy & tasty food! (Gourmet quality at much cheaper cost!) This one is a brownie made with multigrain flour & bottle gourd! Sounds wild right! But tastes amazing!! It's topped with chocolate ice cream by @whitecub_india ,our in-house dark chocolate cashew butter & almond butter (dm to order), roasted nuts & seeds + dried berries. Everything plant based ! DM for recipes.. . #brownie #plantbased #dessert #healthyfood #healthydessert by @extravanxia

FYI:- Animal agriculture uses roughly 8,000 times more water than the global AI industry. While training and running AI models is resource intensive, a typical AI interaction consumes a fraction of a water bottle, whereas producing a single beef burger takes hundreds of gallons to grow livestock feed and provide water. . Animal agriculture requires nearly 2,400 trillion liters of water annually for production alone. . #watercrisis #watershortage #ai #animalagriculture #waterfootprint by @extravanxia
'Arpit' @_bassistbasso_554 , A employee/partner/coworker turned Friend back in 2023! Ya he has escaped from this beautiful yet miserable life a couple of weeks ago. His gift (a spirit) Just reminding me that how uncertain yet unpredictable life is! & how should I should live it completely until there is air in my lungs, beats in my heart & spirit in this body! Death is certain & inevitable for sure! At least in our materialistic mortal world. We still don't know whats beyond, are we just structures of flesh, bones & fluids ? Or something more? Keeping that aside, Thank you Arpit, for being such a Humble, Kind & Respectful Human Being ! We Love & Miss you! Wish you could've stayed for some more time with us. We'll meet sooner or later , until then..Rest in Peace Brother πŸ«‚βœ¨ by @extravanxia
